  UPDATE: They emailed me and made it right via coupon, so I am changing my rating. The new rating reflects a better quality pizza. The difference was day and night. I’m glad that my initial experience is not the standard for Dominos and will continue to include them in my rotation. Pizza was very overcooked, not fresh, dry, tough and not very tasty. I threw it out. Decided that I’m not going to spend on Dominoes anymore. It’s very poor quality. The only good thing about this experience was the delivery driver being highly communicative.

  Ordered pickup on the app walked in about 10 mins later and my order was ready. Visibly clean restaurant and friendly staff

  Went on Halloween to pick up an online order. They were packed. Waited in line for about 30 minutes and got to the front only to hear that they "were just now making orders they received two hours ago". This was yelled at the line of people by the manager as she was behind the line trying to make dough. I understood and didn't make a fuss and requested a refund. Her response, yelling "him getting his refund won't help us out right now". Its been 6 days and still no refund. I've called twice this past week and all I get is "the manager isn't here right now, call back another time before 10am". Funny thing, ordered pizza hut DELIVERY and got it in 35 minutes that same evening. Shout out to the 6415 San Felipe location. Avoid this dominos location if it can be helped. Hopefully will get my refund eventually. UPDATE: Its been almost a week since this review and still no refund. When I try to call before 10am, it goes straight to a recorded message that they are closed and to place an order online. Screw this place. I just want my $30 back...

  I've never had an issue with Domino's. Maybe some delivery issues here and there. But every time I get something from Domino's it's always been great. The pizza's always great. It's hot and the service has always been good. Would definitely recommend! Sometimes though, it does take a while to get your pizza when you pick it up or get it delivered as well.

  This is my favorite pizzeria and since I discovered this one in particular I don't allow myself to visit another Domino's, the customer service is fast and excellent, the girl on the weekend shift is very kind and fast for service but my 5 stars I give to Darnell, he served the customer 5 stars, patient and always giving new offers that I can enjoy, it's very good to see him work as a team and my order always comes out on time, his service always makes me come back and the cleanliness of the place is undoubtedly the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service
