Ordered online it was a stuff crust medium meatza and another large pizza got my bread bites for free through the app since im a valued customer. The meatza was given to me with nothing but cheese on it. Then the lady was very unapologetic even though it was her fault and told me to bring it back and they will remake it . I told her my back was hurting that it took me a while to get there can she deliver it she said it would be a fee . Ok so u make a mistake and u make it right even if it means giving the customer free delivery or something free but did not offer it it. Sent my friend in and she was so unprofessional. Will never order there again

Resell it? Other pizza was cold. No offer of compensation considering we traveled twice to get the right order. She was short with a head wrap and just happened now. Hopefully management will see this. Poor customer service. At least let us keep the pizza they should throw away anyways.
