I ordered over the app for delivery and called immediately to say that my order was wrong. The way my concern was handled over the phone was not professional at all. The employee said “Yeah I don’t know what went wrong either!” And that was that. That is not in any way to treat customers and this location really needs training on how to deal with people. The right thing would have been to either 1. Get a qualified manager on the phone 2. To try and make it right in any small way. I understand it isn’t an easy job, it’s probably not “cool” to put up with customers and their complaints, but it’s common sense to practice human decency.
