Our recent order included two pizzas that were delivered on time. One was fine, but the other arrived damaged and appeared to have been eaten from. Several slices were missing toppings - which were clearly removed. It was unsanitary and unacceptable. I called the store expecting at minimum an apology and an offer to look at the photo I took (with timestamp). I remained polite throughout the call, but instead was essentially told I was mistaken and they were not interested in seeing the photo or doing ANYTHING to help me as their customer. A few days later I stopped by to speak with the manager in person, hoping to resolve it. Unfortunately, that interaction was even less professional. This is actually the first negative review I’ve written in 50 years — normally I would let something go — but this was about basic customer service and accountability. We genuinely liked this location and ordered often, which makes it disappointing that we won’t be returning.
