I placed an order with this Domino’s on December 10th around 3:00 p.m. The app said my order was delivered, but no one had shown up and I hadn’t received a single call or knock at the door. After waiting, I called the store to figure out what was going on. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional from the start. She spoke in a lot of slang, to the point where it was hard to understand her, and instead of trying to solve the problem, she immediately started blaming me. She said it was my fault for “not having notes” on the order, which is simply not true. My delivery notes are already saved on my profile, and if she had bothered to actually read it, the information was there. She also claimed she “tried everything” to reach me, but only called one of the phone numbers on my account instead of both. That is not “trying everything.” When I asked for more help, she did not attempt to fix the situation or send the order back out. Instead, the order was just canceled after I called in to ask why my “delivered” food never arrived. She refused to give me her name, but she was working in-store with Carlos, who was the driver at the time. As a paying customer, this experience was unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled is what matters. Blaming the customer, not reading the notes on the profile, calling one number and then acting like you did all you could, and canceling the order instead of correcting it is terrible service. Management needs to review calls, retrain staff on basic professionalism and accountability, and make sure drivers and in-store employees are actually reading customer notes and using all contact information on file. Until that happens, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The attitude from the staff is noticeable, and it feels like basic professionalism is too much to ask for. If you’re not interested in doing the job, that’s your business just don’t take it out on the customers.

I don’t tip the drivers because they have a terrible attitude. If you don’t like the fact people don’t tip find a new job. Don’t give customers sass because this is your only option for your career lol
