- LLLyzzie3 days ago1.0I ordered pizza there every week. Today I ordered three pizzas. One of them had two toppings, feta cheese, and mushrooms. Tell me why the pizza was missing mushrooms, and on top of that the pizza was burnt. I called them and all they had to say was there was no more mushrooms and we lost power for a few minutes and didn’t realize the pizza was burning when the power came back. Why didn’t they just make another a pizza instead? I don’t know !!! This was terrible customer service. Please let me know if you’re able to eat the pizza that you see on the picture? Even my kids refused to eat this. Such a waste of money!

Every time I pick up my pizza she doesn’t greet me, doesn’t acknowledge me, just stares until I realize I’m apparently supposed to start the conversation. This time I walk in for my order and she says they don’t have it. I show her the confirmation. She just stares back. After awkward back and forth with zero explanation, she gets the manager who has the exact same blank stare. He tells me they accidentally gave my pizza away and can redo it. I ask if it’s free since I just wasted an hour. He says yes. Then he comes back and changes it to “we can remake it and give you a 3 liter soda.” Absolutely not. You don’t give away my order, make me stand there with no communication, then downgrade the solution. Got my refund and left. No accountability. No apology worth mentioning. No effort to make it right. Just a complete failure of basic customer service.

Once started eating pizza, from the black box it self that the pizza was placed in. Maybe will return again. Service was not all that bad. Two medium-Aged caucasian guys were working. Ask for pizza to be cut into squares was not but when made it cashier attention they did go and fix that problem only.
