  Pizza overall was not all that bad, but did experience a piece of the cardboard inside of the pizza. Once started eating pizza, from the black box it self that the pizza was placed in. Maybe will return again. Service was not all that bad. Two medium-Aged caucasian guys were working. Ask for pizza to be cut into squares was not but when made it cashier attention they did go and fix that problem only.

  I’ve literally had all my order cancelled since October, workers give the same excuse about the building being worked on. 3 months later & still can’t take orders wassup with that?

  I’m not sure what was going on tonight with them but the lack of brain cells was astonishing. I called letting them know that I’m not seeing any signs up my delivery driver, and I didn’t get a call or text from them. The first guy I talked to on the phone told me the driver was there. So I waited and still no message from the delivery person yet, I took a look at the phone number on file and it’s wrong. I’ve been trying to update my phone number on my account and it keeps putting my old number. So when I realized, I called again and got a lady, she was worst than the first guy, lied to me about the delivery person still on his way, and when I told her I was just told he was there, and that I got multiple notifications of their arrival, she lied and said their systems was down. She asks for my order number I give it to her, I’m now put on hold without her telling me I’m being put on hold. the previous guy comes on the line saying my order is still out for delivery. So now I’m irritated because what about the phone number issue? He has no idea what I’m talking about because whoever the lady was didn’t tell him about it. I ended up telling them to cancel my order because it shouldn’t be that hard to rectify a situation as small as this one. The lack of questions on their end to get details on my order also irritated me, I’m telling you there’s a problem and they are rushing me off the phone, without looking into it.

  I ordered an $80 pizza order a day ahead of time. I never received my pizza. I tried to call the store and was on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever picked up. I have tried every avenue to get my money back and I have not been able to. The tracker said delivered 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time but it WAS NEVER RECEIVED. the “insurance” is a 20% coupon. NO! I need my money back. Horrible service.

  The manager that work during 4:56pm on Dec 3rd with long twist dreads is very inconsiderate . I placed a order at 3:09 pm call and update my phone number at 3:11pm , later called back to check when will the pizza arrive because 40 mins had passed by he said the driver was down the street , I called back and made them aware that no one has came or tried to contact me. They placed me a long hold , I had to leave my home and drive to dominos when I arrived I made him aware of the situation and he said the lady called me but I did not answer , I showed him my call log confirming that no one tried to contact me , he brushed it off and was like I’m just telling you what the driver said. He didn’t ask me if I want the pizza remade or try to make any accommodation. I had to suggest that they remake the pizza he said they already refunded and trashed the pizza and it would be another 40 mins before they can make the pizza . I have worked in customer service and showing empathy as well as a solution without the customer having to make a suggestion for you is very important and key factor when being a manager. I had to leave home with my one month baby just to get an update about the pizza , I left and ordered from Pizza Hut !
