I didn’t ask for any refunds or compensation but for some reason the delivery driver proceeded to tell me her manager said I have notes by my name and I wouldn’t be receiving comps anymore. I just don’t understand why I’m being treated so poorly when the staff is the reason my order was not right. I even offered the delivery driver to please take the pizza because I was so offended. Today I ordered again (order 387) the same as usual and eating 2 slices of my pizza I got a mouth full of sauce in every bite. I'm tired of calling the store so they can make it right the next time with a credit. It's ridiculous. It's also not that hard to read the order off the screen when it says light sauce.
