  If you're looking for a place that cares whether your order is right or not, don't come here. I was delivered the WAY wrong pizza. Tried to call the store but... Yea... Useless. Domino's got their money, they don't care.

  I just ordered a pizza from disestablishment for my grandmother who is 75 years old I was not with her at the time she received the Pizza but apparently it had been dropped I called to get another one delivered over to her and was declined because she was too old to know how to work a phone to take a picture to verify I wasted 20 bucks on this delivery order for a thin crust pepperoni pizza they where inconsiderate to her circumstances as elderly had a poor experience in my grandmother it will be hungry this evening after the loss of her pizza on a fixed income I am upset To add on to my previous review which is stated above I called and they did send a new pizza for my grandmother I couldn't let it go I called again they were polite enough this time to reorder it for her my grandmother got her Pizza safe and sound

  Handmade pan pizza is always good. I love it! This location seems to have the most difficult time being consistent on other things. For example, tonight I placed a carryout order using the app and shortly after taking my money I'm notified my order has been canceled. No explanation or error code or anything other than the store phone number which is in my experience the last couple of years, by far, like 95%,; where employees place the blame for which ever annoying challenge they are suffering due to whatever true issue/problem is being overlooked or perhaps deemed temporarily acceptable due to some extenuating circumstances and if so by now it's grown several layers. In any case, I apologize for any negative connotations. I received a notification to do this review and I honestly was going to ignore the fact that I have to drive up to the store since phone is not able to do it's job for whatever reason and no direct form of communication via the app to resolve my canceled order issue. When I arrive I have been on hold for over 12 minutes and the female voice rapidly repeating the same 2 or 3 short sentences has me gratefully thanking God for small miracles and a seemingly annoyed or perhaps overwhelmed employee comes out to see what I want to which I am informed that there is no carryout option available tonight which makes absolutely no logical sense to me since I paid through the app which evidently is not dependent upon the phone service and then canceled while not answering the phone essentially forcing me to drive there to resolve my order being canceled and then telling me you are unable to bring me a pizza through the door you are standing in while quite easily delivering me instead this unintelligible and foul nonsense that I must place my order in the app again as I am standing just outside the store and have it delivered in which not only will ibe charged a second time and have to wait a week for reimbursement but now my order has increased by $10. No clue what could lead to this bizarre sequence of events but I have grown accustomed to seeing some form of catch up or recovery in progress most times when picking up my orders. In any case, thank you all for doing your best as each new day seems to come together with another challenge sometimes annoyingly familiar and other times baffling yet somehow engaging.
