I ordered online for delivery at 9:10pm. I live 6 minutes away from this dominos but received my order at 10:30. I ordered a medium pizza and 8 wings. My order sat at the store being "quality checked by an expert" for almost an hour. I called the restaurant and didn't get an answer. My girlfriend calls them and they responded with "we only have 3 drivers and they have a lot of orders." On top of that my food was cold and the sorry excuses for wings (over a dollar per wing by the way) were rubbery and not sauced all the way. I also didn't receive the sauces that I payed extra for. The only saving grace of this entire ordeal was that my delivery driver, Antonio, was very nice and had change on hand.

I have yet to be let down by Domino's Pizza's food quality. You usually get the same taste based on what you ordered. But this specific location's employees are incompetent, unsanitary, and careless.
For context: I placed an order for two medium pizzas at around 9:08 PM. I waited a while and then resumed waiting inside the establishment. While waiting, I observed an employee pick up their phone, scroll through it for a few seconds, and then grab pizza dough without washing their hands. The employee could have easily (like another employee was doing) washed their hands before continuing to prep the pizza, but they did not. This must have happened three more times.
Also, I observed only a couple of employees completing orders. There were at least two employees chatting with one another, not prepping any orders or taking delivery orders to where they needed to go.
What would be around a 15-minue wait (at most) for two medium pizzas turned into 20, 30, and then 40 minutes. When I asked one of the employees what went wrong with my order, they told me they didn't know. This was after I approached the counter for the first time and instead of answering, they picked up the phone and took a call, without getting another employee to assist me. Again, at least two employees in the establishment were chatting and not doing anything.
Eventually, over 40 minutes later, my order was completed because they had to restart my order. Although I did not know what actually happened, I could pick up from their conversations that they likely had forgotten all about my order, when I paid online. I was even taken out of the queue for orders on their TV at one point. Not even the free drink I got for waiting made up for the wait. I had just completed an exam and wanted to have some food for when I got home. I have waited less time at sit-down restaurant for food compared to the amount of time I wasted here.
The worst part is that no employee was willing to take accountability for who or what mixed-up in my order. I would have respected an employee who admitted a mistake, and I would have been more than happy to wait if my order was mixed up. But I walked out of there without ever knowing what compelled this Domino's to be so incompetent and have such a lack and disrespect for accountability.
