I needed to put in a large order at the last minute for a high school marching band, and I called several places and no one could really have my order when I’d need it, but this domino’s location came through. Very nice and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future.

Domino's become the default "pizza delivery" back in the early 1980's. As a young military guy with a family back then, a Domino's Pizza is all I could afford to feed my wife and I. They even had a Program where, if you were military and paid by check, they would hold your check until our next military pay date. WOW! So, I owe many thanks to Domino's So, here is where it gets stupid: today, Domino's has a Revenue of 4.7 Billion dollars selling pizzas. That's all they do.... With that much money it appears they don't care about their customers anymore... They place all these ads with special deals; so great that their store fronts are overwhelmed with orders that don't allow them to meet their deliveries in a timely manner. Maybe they should go back to the time that they guaranteed a 30 minute delivery or your pizza was FREE. But that didn't work because their delivery drivers were getting into accidents. Nowadays, you're lucky if you get your pizza delivery in less than an hour. They're dumb enough to give you a tracking app that shows you the time your pizza comes out of the oven, and, It Sits There; until a driver picks it up. To add insult to injury, the delivery driver has 3 or 4 pizzas to deliver, and guess what; yours is the last one. Yeah, they're selling you a good pizza for a good price and unless you go pick it up, you'll get cold carboard. It sucks when getting your pizza delivered after the app tells you that YOUR pizza came out of the oven at 3:00 pm and the driver didn't pick it up until 3:25 pm (sitting for 25 minutes); and now you are the third delivery stop and it took the delivery person more than 20 mins to deliver yours. That is not acceptable, on any level. Even if the pizza were FREE. This is the third time this happens to me from this Domino's location (10901 Scarsdale Blvd, Houston TX). On this last one, I had to call the store to cancel my order 15 mins after the drive pickup my pizza, 40 mins after the pizza came out of the oven. They agreed to reimburse me for the pizza and that they would contact the driver to cancel delivery. 8 mins later, delivery driver shows up. Very nice person. I told him that I had spoken to the store and had canceled the delivery. He apologized and offered me to keep the pizza. I say "no" since I had already canceled and would be refunded in 2 to 3 days. (Not honorable to do). But, before he left, I asked him to please open the pizza box and (see the attached picture) this is what I was going to get. Now, ask yourself, why is the pizza in that condition. If it were fresh and hot, the pizza would sway inside the box as a whole, together in one piece, from side to side as a whole pizza. The reason its in pieces all over the place is because now, its just pieces of cardboard; cold, solid, inedible. I would have to throw it in the air fryer to get something out of it, but definitely not the fresh hot pizza that I am paying for. May I suggest, not ordering delivery from this store. If you dont have the time to pickup, order from somewhere else! It's your money.....

As soon as I walked in the door and before the door even closed, employee, mario, greeted me with a very warm and inviting welcome. Then introduced me to a new way of eating parmesan bites. Add buffalo sauce and ranch. Fantastic. Mario needs a raise. 🤑🤑🤑
