Ordering pizza shouldn't be this damn hard. This is why no body orders any more. Because yall make it so complicated that we just get food somewhere else. I hope one day all pizza places goes out of business.

I am writing to report an issue that occurred at Domino’s Pizza - 3209 Houston Ave.
I placed my pizza order online and came into the store to pay in person. While I was already at the counter speaking with the cashier and attempting to complete my payment, a random man walked into the store. The cashier then attempted to take his payment and allow him to skip ahead of me, even though I was clearly already being helped. I heard the cashier say something along the lines of, “I’m going to take his order first.”
I felt completely disregarded and disrespected as a customer. Because of this, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager, who was a short man with facial hair, did not attempt to properly accommodate the situation or resolve my concerns. The only thing he said to the employee was that it was wrong and that he shouldn’t do it again. There was no apology or effort to make the situation right.
The employee who allowed the other customer to skip ahead of me appeared to be a Hispanic-looking man with noticeable facial acne. Regardless of appearance, I believe all customers deserve equal and respectful service, and this experience did not reflect that standard.
I hope this matter can be addressed so that other customers do not experience similar treatment in the future. Run the cameras back if you have to ! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

This awful dominos left my pizza “at the door “ never text, call or sent any notification. When I called they hung up several times. When they finally answered , they made it seem as if it was my fault I never received my pizza and they wouldn’t give me my money back or offer to remake. Bad for business , never again !

the young man who answered
The phone hung up in my face after telling me that the special was only for carryout and I was going to pick it up but now I'm going to the one on Crosstimbers I'm so disappointed I've never been treated like that he put me on hold for a long time and then he hung up on me
