    void: Severe Health Code & Service Issues I placed an order at 10:10 PM. The Domino’s Tracker showed "Mandi" started it immediately. I arrived at 10:45 PM—well after the pickup window—only to find they hadn't even touched the dough. The employee tried to dismiss a 35-minute delay as an "app glitch," which is clearly a lie to cover for the store gaming their corporate "make times." More concerning is the complete lack of basic food safety: • Hair Violations: Multiple employees had long hair hanging down and unrestrained while leaning over the food prep area. No hairnets and no effort to secure hair behind the shoulders (a direct violation of Texas Food Establishment Rules §228.43). • No Gloves: Staff were handling toppings and dough with bare hands. • Sanitation: Seeing long, loose hair dangling over where my food was supposed to be prepared is disgusting. If management is okay with "ghosting" orders on the app and ignoring Texas health standards, what else are they cutting corners on? I’ll be reporting this location to the Harris County Public Health department.

    Alright. This is sharp, direct, and still postable without getting taken down: At 4:00 PM on February 26, 2026, I called to order pizza for my kids. I gave the white female employee my full card number, zip code, and home address. My card was charged twice. When I called back to fix it, the female employee caught an attitude immediately instead of helping. She treated me like I was lying and then hung up on me. I called again. A white male employee answered and hung up on me too. That’s not a mistake …..that’s a pattern. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I paid. Twice. All I wanted was my money fixed so I could feed my children. Hanging up on customers and double charging them is unacceptable. If this is how this location treats paying customers, people need to know. Do better

    After making me wait for 15mins; they finally asked if I was placing an order or picking up. To my surprise; I was told that if I ordered a pizza for takeout then it would be a 2hour wait and that I could wait or leave. That they were completely booked up

    if i can rate it 0 stars i would britney with her rude attitude was 0/10 phone person i ordered my order on the delivery and it was burned and it wasn’t even halfway full instead of helping she just caught an attitude 😂

    It’s not often I go out of my way to praise a pizza place. I worked for Domino’s when I was a young man and I always have high standards for quality pizza. I have to say that it has been 20 years since I’ve had a pizza that looked and tasted as good as the pizza I got from my local Domino’s last night. The crust was perfect, the toppings were evenly spread, the cheese and sauce were perfect. The pie was a beautiful perfectly cooked pie. My only regret was I didn’t take a picture of it before I took a bite. To the team who made that pizza Job well done and keep up the good work.
