- EGEduardo Gtz4 days ago2.0I ordered 4 medium pizzas for $6.99 each for pick up. When I got there they only had charged for three, when I had told them 4 over the phone. I was like ok then charge me a fourth pizzas that should be another $6.99. I told the young black lady working the register I wait for it, but she doesn’t add it to the existing bill to qualify for it to be $6.99. She starts a new bill and charges me full price for the medium 2 toppings pizza. I was mad, but didn’t want to start a fuss. They were short with me over the phone and I felt rushed ordering, & they were quick to hang up before I had a chance to check my order. The store felt hostile from the Latino man working there, he was quick to anger with his coworker from when he misunderstood her. All with in ear shot of customers. Staff needs retraining

I ordered tonight for dinner only for my order to be completed for them to call me and say “ your order is cancelled due to delivery distance” so I called the store about 5 times because no one answered and asked why they did just ask me to come pick it up instead of cancelling the whole order after it was made. The store is 3.4 miles away from my house. Unprofessional and will not order here ever again
