I placed a delivery order early this morning around 8:15 a.m., requesting delivery between 4:40–5:00 p.m. By 6:00 p.m., there was still no sign of the pizza. When I called, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He insisted the driver called me 10 times and that no one answered, so the pizza was taken back to the store. However, my phone log shows no missed calls. It’s possible the driver accidentally called the school instead of the phone number I clearly listed in the delivery notes, or there was a technical issue. To be clear, I understand the payment never went through, and I’m not asking for a refund. What bothered me was being treated as if I were trying to get a free pizza. The manager’s tone was hostile and accusatory, which was completely unnecessary. The pizza itself is usually great, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I’ve never had service like this from this location before. I hope this was just an off day, but it definitely left a bad impression.

Called the store and the were very apologetic and said they would be issuing a refund in 24 to 48 hours. 2 weeks went by heard nothing. Submitted a complaint with Domino's website. After 2 more weeks and not hearing anything I Called the corporate customer service line. The customer service rep said the store had called me once, and never tried to reach out again. Looking at my phone record the store never called. Called the customer support again 1 week later and they were able to provide a refund. The customer service reps were great, the management at the store is not.
