Delivery driver got the wrong address and when I called the place they were extremely rude and saying I was wrong and that they handed it to someone, to which I told them they got the wrong address then, because I was waiting by the door and even had cameras, and no one came by. Refused to comprehend that a delivery driver could accidentally go to a wrong house even if they have the correct address in the receipt. Wouldn’t offer a refund because “tHeY dEliVereD iT” and left me on hold. One of my neighbors ended up calling me saying that they had it (they delivered it a street over). Thought it was finally over and thought I could just enjoy my (now) cold pizza, opened it and saw they got the order wrong. Tried to call again to at least get a refund because EVERYTHING about this order was wrong, and they hung up when I told them it was regarding the mis-delivered order from earlier.
