And mostly everytime this happens it's at night and I guess the night shift doesn't care about picking up the phone so I always have to wait the next day before I can call and tell a manager about it

Nobody picked up, had to walk in and place my order. Employee was rude, didn't answer me when I asked about specials or why the phone wasn't being picked up. Spend over $40 on two pizzas which I haven't in years. Absolutely disgraceful night shift employees who do whatever they want apparently and don't care about answering the phone or helping paying customers.
