    Ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni bacon and mushrooms, the bacon as just fat, one of boxes was saturated in grease at the bottom on one side, there was an onion in my pizza so I know this person did wash their hands or change they gloves and I will not back. The last few times the pizza was great and the bacon wasn’t fat. I don’t like the toss up of what I’m going to get.

    Every topping was wrong, I brought the pizza back and Zach who was at the front told me he could not help me without a receipt. I just left 10min ago got home and realized it was wrong. I told the other worker who helped me to tell him that I was just here. Zach refuses to help and put his hand up and walked to the back telling me he couldn’t help without a receipt. I asked for a manager the manager said they need a receipt and I told them I didn’t have it I ordered online and had the app pulled up showing them. After arguing and calling them out he then all of a sudden told me he could help and remake it he just needed the order number. Absolutely zero customer service and wanting to help even with proof of order and that they messed up. Zach needs to be re-trained. To put your hands up and walk away and say there is nothing you can do when all you had to do was ask for an order number is absurd.

    We ordered Domino’s every week! Just got my pizzas asked for extra sauce they put on no sauce asked for the cheese combo with a different types of cheese. They didn’t put it on. The pizza is hard dried out and not fit to eat! Oh, by the way, it’s the gluten-free pizza! The one you paid twice as much for! I’ve tried to call the number numerous times, but nobody will pick up. It just gives the same advertisement! Not happy with this at all today. Went to Pizza Hut this week ! It was wonderful!! No more Domino’s for us !!

    Wrong pizza was delivered, called the store twice for 10 minutes immediately and no answer. Wouldn’t let me file issue online because I wasn’t a member. I let it go for the night and found something else for my fam to eat. Tried the next day to refile claim online for the complete wrong pizza that was delivered and get the prompt “more than 16 hours” can’t report issue. Never ordering from here again. Should be completely refunded or atleast sent a guy back out with the right order, but no one would even answer the phone.
