  My pizza was made perfectly it had life to it I enjoyed it and ate the whole entire pizza THANK YOU DAVID FOR MAKING MY PIZZA PERFECT!

  Tony is an rude and absolutely dramatic. I walked in after ordering my pizza, and walked into a completely empty store. Pizza and wings were just laying out in a mess on the table in the back, like they were forgotten about. Tony walks in a few minutes after me, and starts boxing pizzas - WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! he didnt even acknowledge me. He finishes with that, and then goes to start making pizzas. I asked him to wash his hands, and he tells me NO. I don't want this man near my food. On top of all of that, he is throwing tools around, and cussing when a new order comes in. He is totally unprofessional. I asked Robert if he would mind remaking my food, and he said yes. Tony then comes back up to me and tells me he was offended by me asking him to wash his hands. He then proceeded to cancel my order and tell me he would call the police if I didnt leave. The only reason there are any stars, is for Robert. He is always so friendly and kind. He does a great job acknowledging people as they come in, and does a fantastic job making the pizzas. If the manager sees this, and would like to reach out, I'd be happy to hear them out and revise my review.

  First i called to make a pick up order they told me they dont do phone orders and you could only order online? ok fine, made a pick up order online my husband went in to pick up the pizza they tell him that they LOST our pizza? he has to wait for them to remake it when he gets home we get 2 completely different pizzas. we ordered pepperoni and sausage and the second one thin crust with onions, peppers, and pepperoni that is not what we got they gave us 2 chicken pizzas with white sauce, 1 also had hamburger n pineapple and the other with bacon.. Not what we ordered we called to get a refund they would only credit us pizza. i called in today and told them i had credit and she immediately put me on hold for 20 MINUTES!!! my husband then decided to go in and place the order inside and the lady told him she'd remake the pizzas and he asked what was she remaking exactly? since the messed up the first time and then she tells him that she's gonna give him whatever they got in the back and he should be happy with that because its "free" pizza??? um no mam its not technically free when yall wont make the most basic pizza + we paid for pizza's we never got. Worse location in the world do not order here they are truly terrible with customers and cant seem to make a pizza

  Today is October 4, 2025. At 7:57 pm. I made an online order with this location. I realized that I had cinnamon bites credit from a survey I took with a person name Lauren (region). I made a called to the store to asked them to redeem the credit. The first representative that picked up the phone sounds like a young kid, he asked what he can do for me. I said I had credit and want to redeemed. I then heard he was talking to someone else while I'm talking without telling me to hold on. I repeated myself when he said what can he helped me again. He then said he wasn't paying attention to what to was saying. I repeated myself again and then once again he didn't listen and talked to someone else and said he's kind of busy and can u repeat my myself again. Before I can even finished telling him, he said hold on and put me on hold and nv got back to me after 10 15 minutes. I then called again but this time Ecktor, acktor, Hector?(He sounded like Latino guy) I didn't catched the name. he picks up and gave me the best service u can get. He was patient and listen to his customers . He even apologized for his coworker service. I would give the store something other than a 5 star but I can't do that over one bad employee when I have encountered many good ones at that store.
