    Dominos has always been my favorite pizza place and this new location in my neighborhood did not disappoint. I love the new stuff cheesy beard pizza they added to the menu 10/10 recommended my new favorite Dominos location!

    If you like wasting your time and never receiving your delivery order, this is the perfect Domino’s for you! I never received my pizza — and this is now the second time I’ve had the exact same issue with this Domino’s location. I called on 10/18, when the store manager Tais picks up. Instead of helping, she immediately assumed I was calling the driver “illiterate,” which I never said. I was simply trying to understand the best way to place an order since their drivers clearly don’t read or follow delivery instructions. The Domino’s website and app are also misleading. They allow you to select contactless delivery and enter specific delivery notes, but once the order goes through, it automatically updates on the backend and removes those details, causing confusion for both the customer and the driver. Apparently at this location, drivers are required to call to hand off the order, which completely defeats the purpose of contactless delivery service. This is now the second failed delivery attempt around the same time of night, with the same lack of accountability from management. The driver called twice however the Domino’s Tracker app never showed that they were on my street, and when I tried calling back twice, there was no answer. This location’s communication issues, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to resolve repeated problems reflect poorly on the entire brand. Save yourself the frustration and order from Ella location or a different pizza chain altogether.
