The bad service, bad food and bad employees are consistently awful. Today broke the straw for me though. I bought one pizza and one cheesy bread. Came to pick up and paid and they only gave me the pizza. No bread, no receipt. Sat outside and waved like 5 minutes before the same guy responded and said "whoops, I'll make you one. Wait like 5 minutes." 15 minutes goes by and no response m I parked and came into the store and waited another 10 minutes before someone came up to help. She said they'll make it right now and wait another 5 minutes. A total of 30 minutes goes by and I asked if it's ready and no. I then asked for a refund and she pulls up the receipt, showing a total of $19, even thoughy order total was $14 on my online order. Apparently someone helped themselves to a $5 tip. I just wanted to cancel and leave at that point and she asked for the pizza back, which was fine. It's just a bit crazy to screw up on an order, tip yourself $5 on a $14 order and then act like the customer is the problem

I was in line for more than 40 minutes. Why would we get an email saying it was ready but not ready at all when you go pick it up . It makes no sense . Left with nothing because I was not going to waste no more time on this location.

No flavor on dough, missing toppings, little to no seasoning on parm bites, light hand with cheese and sauce, even when you ask for extra, and the pizzas are never cut all the way through. I have been disappointed with the food the last three times we have ordered from this location, which we have been going to for three years. I'm very disappointed so we will be going to a different location from now on.
