(Possibly a way to hide their ineptitude) When I called to speak with manager I was placed on hold for 15 min while I drove to the store for a refund. Walked inside still on the phone to see they had the phone off the hook and ignoring all of the phone calls. The 18yr old manager was unbelievable rude when I addressed the issue all the while they had a family of 3 waiting to be helped. Absolutely horrible!
