  We know yesterday was Valentine’s Day and all but to wait over 45 minutes before our server even showed up to our table after asking 3 people and a MANAGER THAT FUD NOTHING after telling me that he’ll be there right away. Finally a waiter shows up he’d be circling in front of us the entire time…. Never apologizes for taking so long ordered our drinks,,, waited forever for them… and he forgot a drink we got that after a good 20 minutes ordered our food…. Took another 30 minutes for that…. Honestly that’s was ok considering it was Valentine’s Day but to get the order wrong not relieve my appetizer before my main dish but after…. Asked for napkins from 2 different people one just rudely said ok and never brought them the waiter … it was just a mess!!!! This was the worst experience we’ve had at this location and we come here frequently for many years!!!! One of our favorite spots is now TRASH!!!!

  They have 3 areas where you can eat, came with my family of 7 and the first area downstairs told us they were closed at,sent us to the other dining area which then sent us upstairs because they didn't have the sufficient tables for seven they only had booths we came upstairs and they tell us they don't have any servers. A lot of the machines we're taking the coins and not letting the kids play,it was already hard to find any people on the floor to help you and when you did find someone they said they would be there and never showed up such a disgrace the westheimer location was much better

  Dave & Buster’s has really improved the offering of gaming options, BUT the self serve kiosks are NOT user friendly. They’re klunky and extremely slow. But even this wasn’t enough to deter us. What REALLY negatively impacted the experience was the service. It wasn’t even a busy night. Only half the tables were filled and there were workers standing around idle, but we sat for nearly 20 minutes before finally flagging someone to come and take our order (at LEAST our drinks). The person who we asked was a party hostess so she went to find someone. That someone was JJ who we saw hanging by the kitchen door, but CLEARLY didn’t want to be the one serving our table. He didn’t smile once, didn’t make eye contact, barely spoke to us and then managed to get our order wrong. It truly felt like we were inconveniencing him by being there. The table next to us fared no better. They waited even longer than us to be acknowledged. There was no manager in sight. Over an HOUR to get our food. We watched people leave for lack of service. All while an entire group of employees laughed and talked around the bar. When we finally complained about not getting our food it was brought right out and had obviously been sitting under a warmer waiting (warm plate, cold food - except the coleslaw - that was warm). On top of all of this we had to find our own silverware and there were ZERO check-ins to see if we needed refills. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is far too expensive and there are far too many options in Houston to keep a family of six entertained. I absolutely will NOT be back. Editing to add that I did speak to a manager in the bar area (I didn’t ask for a manager in the restaurant because IF there was one there’s no way they should have missed the absolute lack of attention/service to multiple tables). She was really kind and did her best to make it right. Thanks Adriana for your help and for listening with empathy! I’m adding a star because you kept us from leaving. We stayed and ended up spending well over $500 thanks to our redeeming interaction with you.

  Worst customer service experience. We waited **over an hour** and were **never served**. Not even water. Nothing. Another family actually walked over to us and warned us that they had also been waiting forever and suggested we go find someone because **no one was coming to the tables**. That alone says everything. There were **at least seven employees behind the bar**, doing absolutely nothing but **talking and laughing**, while multiple tables sat ignored. The servers acted like they **didn’t want to wait on anyone**. No urgency, no acknowledgment, no apology. We ended up leaving without eating because it was clear we were not going to be helped. For a place that’s supposed to be family-friendly and fun, this was a complete failure. If you value your time or basic customer service, **avoid this Dave & Buster’s location**.

  My Girlfriend and I visited this location when visiting the city and had a wonderful time! The place was very clean, very inviting, the food was delicious, and the staff made the night a million times better! Two employees in particular quickly became our favorite thing about this place. Our bar tender (Alex) new exactly what we wanted every time we approached the bar and was very social. The other employee (AJ? See photo) made our night there one to remember. He was sure to help us with any and every problem we encountered and made us feel like VIPs the entire night. If you visit this location be sure to find these people as they are what makes this place worth going to!
