Not only did we speak up multiple times saying can someone help us but the staff kept walking past us like we were invisible. When the couple next to us sat down they gave they had no issues great greeting good communication laughs just wondering why we didn’t receive the same service. The food was horrible cold wings and fries. Worst experience ever at this place.

Wasn’t a fan for extra fees for taken pictures. Food honestly wasn’t the greatest and didn’t exceed expectations and my drink wasn’t nowhere near the image lol. But overall as far as ambience and customer service, it’s a great place! Leila was an amazing and kind server. Manager Kendrick was very attentive.

My dad sat at the bar for 20 minutes before being asked if he needed anything and there wasn't even a lot of people at the bar. We then sat to eat dinner and that service was even worse. They forgot my son's meal entirely, gave us the food 20 minutes after everyone was done eating, and then still charged us for it. We had to ask for refills before we were about to leave because all of our cups were empty and nobody was coming back to our table. My dad still tipped the lady $50 because that's just the kind of person he is, me on the other hand will never be coming back to this location. JUST HORRIBLE! But you can go see for yourself. Just don't go hungry, we waited FOREVER for our food to get to us.
- YCyizel coronaDec 22, 20251.0Took my family out to the dave and busters location in katy at around 10pm last night and left very disappointed. i've never gone to a restaurant and have had to wait 2 hours for my food to come out, only for it it be cold and gross. i took 2 bites out of my quesadilla and immediately got up and left. i also never got to use my game card due to the fact that the food and waitress took forever to get to our table. i am so deeply sorry that i took my family here in the first place and will not be coming back.
