  I’m honestly extremely disappointed with this restaurant. My friend and I ordered pasta, and it was absolutely terrible. The sauce was completely overpowered by an excessive amount of cheese — it wasn’t balanced at all. It felt like they just dumped cheese on top to cover up the lack of flavor. The texture was off, the taste was overwhelming, and neither of us could even finish our meals. What made the situation worse was the customer service. When my friend reached out about it, they refused to issue a refund unless she physically drove all the way back to return the food. That’s completely unreasonable. We live far, and expecting someone to waste gas and time just to hand back inedible food is ridiculous. Good customer service would have handled the issue professionally and made it right without creating more inconvenience. Between the bad-tasting food and the refusal to take responsibility, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting quality food or fair treatment.

  I was so disappointed in the food. The Hamburger helper was piled with so much cheese you couldn’t enjoy the meal. I called to speak with a manager to let them know how the meal was distasteful. I was asked why did I need to speak to manager along with a series of questions only to be told the manager was gone and the individual I was speaking with was the manager. I then explained my issue with the food and explained I had an issue earlier with ordering which the manager on duty “Andre” did resolve. I was put on hold only to be asked for my phone number and told he would call me tomorrow. I then get a call back from the real manager on duty and went through explaining AGAIN why I was displeased with my food. This person told me in order for them to refund me I would need to bring the uneaten food. I explained I was at work and was no where near the restaurant. I took a picture of my food which I didn’t get to eat for lunch due to prior issues of ordering on an app in which they said they didn’t deal with so it took about 45 mins to correct that issue. It’s not about the refund they could’ve offered to make something else. I do not want to eat something that was completely overpowered with cheese that you couldn’t enjoy. I will not be returning to this establishment again. The customer service with this situation was very tacky.

  Went here on Valentine's Day. I enjoyed my salmon but my side of sweet potato fries were good but the fries were very few. I asked for double since I had two sides to choose from and it felt like I got less than a single serving of fries.

  Service is great! Food is great! But to sit and have to listen to GinuWHINE! The entire time I was there was bonkers…. It really just took away from the enjoyment of the place. Please shuffle management! Hit the shuffle button! Make a playlist something other than what you are doing🤷🏻‍♀️👀

  Dined here for first time with my parents. The food is just OK. Nothing spectacular and no match by means for the food quality and their cost. My dad and I ordered the French Toast Sliders and my mom ordered the CK Breakfast. I ordered a coffee and dad a Coke. Mom had water. It cost us $97.21. That is RIDICULOUS!!!! ALERT: This restaurant included a Service Charge (18%) of $13.86 for a party of THREE PEOPLE!!! So, I left a zero tip!!! You better believe it. We would have left a better tip, but if you choose to take out a tip for a party of three, that is your tip! We will not return.
