  On February 25, 2026 at 8:50 p.m., we walked in with over an hour left before closing, yet the store was already halfway shut down with all the chairs up. A small Caucasian guy in the kitchen immediately grabbed the back of his head and rolled his eyes as if we had ruined his night. His coworker told us they were out of multiple items, including lettuce (which only requires cutting), and claimed the chimichurri had been out of season for a long time—even though we had ordered it there three nights prior. It was clear they were ready to close and didn’t want to serve customers. We drove ten minutes to another location and were properly helped, even ordering the “out of season” chimichurri. The staff here was unwelcoming, unprofessional, unhelpful, and lazy. Customer service is clearly declining, and I won’t be returning to this location.

  This Chipotle Mexican Grill location just opened newly a month to two ago. Oswaldo was very helpful and greeted us once we walked in, she made sure she prepared my daughter’s meal the way she usually eats it. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

  Can’t believe out of all the employees working only one girl knows how to make the white rice and apparently was on “break” at 8:45pm… should be prepared when you know you are running low on something and still have an hour left until closing… disappointing. Lazy workers.

  Staff looked at me annoyed when I pulled up to their “digital pickup” window. I live in the area, watched this place being built and would have been a repeat customer except for there is no option to order at the window. It isn’t a drive-thru. Staff made it clear they did not want to help me. Drove away empty handed and won’t be back.

  I came in a few days ago and my experience here was horrible. When I walked in, the restaurant looked closed and empty. It was uninviting and when I ordered, the young man on the line was extremely stingy with the food portions. I had to ask for double just to get a regular portion… To add on, the line looked unsanitary and the workers weren’t welcoming. I’ve never experienced this at any chipotle before and it’s upsetting because this is the closest location to me.
