Super slow unfortunately and my god you have to ask for them to triple the portions and you’ll still get less than what you usually get for a regular bowl. Skimpiest portions for chipotle. I’ll be driving back to the chipotle in memorial city. SMH. 🤦‍♂️ Post meal review: even more annoyed and pissed post meal. Literally no food whatsoever.

I gave this location 4 stars overall. The food and service were good, and the environment was clean and pleasant. Portion sizes were smaller than usual, which matches what other reviews have mentioned. I had to ask for extra food several times, and while the final portion was enough for me, it was still less than what I normally get at other Chipotle locations. I also noticed other customers receiving fairly small portions. This was about a week ago, so I’m not sure if things have improved since then. Service improved when a different staff member helped me—he was more generous with portions and very friendly, which made me feel welcomed. Some items on the hot line were running low, possibly because I came about an hour before closing.

skimp alert skimp alert watch the spoon whenever you order because the manager trained the employees to tap it after they scoop so that you get less that 4oz of the protein you pay for. they will also make it look like they are putting more by swinging the spoon back and forth real fast. lol in this economey? no sir the reason they do this is because everynight they have to do something called critical inventory and if they come out in the green meaning they gave out less protein than what was paid for the managers at this location all get a big bonus. def never coming back unless they start giving the correct amount. pure greed, they act like they bought the protein with their own debt cards lmao. hell nah.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at a Brand New Location I am writing to formally express my disappointment with an experience I had at a newly opened Chipotle location near my home. I chose this location because my son enjoys Chipotle bowls, and I expected the same consistency and service standards the brand is known for. During my order, I was informed by the server that steak was unavailable, with only a small amount remaining. The server offered to make up the difference by adding a small portion of the remaining steak along with another meat. I agreed, and the additional meat was added at the server’s suggestion. At checkout, I was presented with a total exceeding 17 dollars for a single bowl. When I questioned the price, the cashier stated that this particular location is more expensive and offered no further explanation, signage, or transparency regarding the pricing difference. I then clarified that I did not intentionally order carne asada. The server immediately confirmed that the additional meat had been added to compensate for the lack of steak and that I should not be charged for it. Despite this, the cashier insisted on charging me for the carne asada. Rather than adjusting the charge, I was told the bowl would need to be discarded and remade. I was surprised and disappointed by the willingness to waste food instead of resolving a simple internal miscommunication. Ultimately, I was left without food while employees debated how to handle a mistake that was not caused by me. I left with no food For a newly opened location, this experience reflects a serious breakdown in training, communication, and customer service. The lack of pricing transparency, refusal to honor what the staff had already acknowledged, and unnecessary food waste are concerning and inconsistent with Chipotle’s stated values.
