- TSTrakonnie Stewart2 days ago1.0A message from my 12 year old, whose obviously upset about her favorite restaurant: Today I visited your Chipotle location on Little York, and I did not have a great experience. The customer service itself was good, but the food quality and cleanliness were not. I purchased chips for $2.95 and they were stale. I don’t want to pay for stale chips. I also ordered guacamole, and it was served brown. I’m not sure if it was left out too long, but I have never received guac like that from Chipotle before. I used a gift card for this purchase, so I’m not sure how a refund would work, but I would like to be contacted regarding this issue. The inside of the restaurant was also very dirty, and I feel like it needs much better cleaning and upkeep. This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had, and I would like updates on improvements. Please have someone from your staff reach back out to me. Thank you, Carlee.

I had already made it home when I discovered how horrible the meat was. I had to go back to Chipotle and when I spoke to the manager she basically told me that my meat looks like that because Its been over an hour since it was picked up. I explained to her again that it looked like that when I received it. Then her attitude got worse and she took the new container of meat and threw it on the counter.I will never eat at that establishment again. I would have uploaded the pictures but my phone is not allowing me to do so at this time.

I was told they're is no lettuce and they were putting salad greens instead and no tomato salsa. The other tomato salsa was for on line orders only because they don't want to give refunds because they order ahead. I don't know what is going on here but they run out of stuff and you have do without because you don't order ahead online. What? OMG!!
