Every time I come for a DoorDash or Uber Eats order, it has magically disappeared — and shockingly, no one ever verifies who took it. I’ve raised this issue over and over, yet nothing changes. Drivers waste gas, time, and money because we are NOT paid for ghost orders. But hey, why fix the process when you can just blame the air? Management seriously needs to retrain the entire staff on basic pickup verification. Until then, this location will continue costing delivery drivers income with zero accountability.

I love how they shake the (spoon)spatula* after they scoop the meat so it all falls back in the bin instead of your plate. Hahahahaha! Staff are trained to this method. I also noticed that they cut the chicken into stringy shreads at this spot lately so theres no more normal pieces for that selection there either. Oh well, theres a mexi joint on every corner in houston it seems. Give ma and pop a shot instead if you like normal meat portions on your meals like i do. cheers!
