They need a large team to get hardly any work done. When I'm at this location its short staffed and the trays are empty or almost empty. There's not enough cooks if theres never any food out. One instance I saw a worker deny a customer guac. She asked for guac and the employee said "we're out i would have to make more and we close in an hour." An hour until closing doesnt call for not making more food especially if theres a rush of people trying to get food. And just now an hour before closing a worker told someone their "out of pico." this location is near me but because of how inadequate the service is im forced to drive further to a different location to get the service i want.

Today I went for lunch and their steak was very pink, they only about 1 scoop left, so i asked the lady if she could get some from the fresh batch to see if it wasnt as pink, and she said no thats the way it always is, and that if I ever get one that is not pink is because I got it burnt. But like I told her, Ive been to Chipotle plenty of times, (just never to this location) and the steak is never that raw. And she just said ok and didn't bother to bring more steak even tho that bin was practically empty already. So i ended up getting chicken, but man the taste was 100% not it. I couldn't even finish my bowl, so no i do not recommend at all.
