I ordered my food on the app, I got the notification that it was ready, but when I entered the store, I was told that it was still being bagged. If it is still being bagged, IT'S NOT READY FOR PICKUP! I got the notification that my order was ready at 12:10 PM and didn't actually receive my order until 12:19 PM. This is NOT okay when people have to get back to work at a certain time. If the order isn't ready, don't mark it as ready. It's as simple as that.

The food is being grilled. And I noticed it’s mostly one person on grill. Common sense respect the people who are making your food, overall the crew members are friendly and show that they’re trying their best to serve everyone’s meal just the way they like it. ☺️
