    Loved the girls who are working here! I asked for extra scoop as typically some chipotles I have been to they don't put enough but these girls gave me EXTRA without any charge and were super friendly!

    Don't go to this location. Every single time I go to this location they try to up charge me for every single little thing. I got charged $3.60 for an extra scoop of rice on my bowl.... it's ridiculous because they try to tell you it's a new company policy but no other location does that. You're better off going to the chipotle on westheimer and kirkwood where the employees are so nice and they give you good portions.

    Alexandra is a terrible manager giving out salty chips for kids. I told her they were salty and she said she didn't care because they were just made. Also if the chips are made fresh why are they always stale. @chipotle please do better because this is an ongoing problem. I visit frequently and my chips are always stale. Upon reading other reviews I see there are ongoing problems at this location. Rude costumer service. Are yall really for the costumers.

    I waited a year to out this review in. So here goes, for one they are ALWAYS out of vinaigrette and when you ask they either forget to put it in the bag or just don’t put it at all. Also got charged twice for the same transaction for the second time yesterday, so I had to leave this review. Location needs new management.

    Today I had lunch at this particular location as I always do. Have never had a problem until today. I ordered my usual and added guacamole. The server scoops with the tip of the spoon not even a tea spoon of guacamole onto my bowl. Now usually every server (at any location I’ve been) scoops with the spoon and serves onto the bowl from the side (gauging portion size my money worth). I asked if she could add just a lil more. She asked huh, I then repeated myself following with “if I’m paying 2$ for guacamole I should get more than that.” She proceeded to put another tip onto my bowl. The young lady at the register interjected stating the guacamole is to 2.75$ I respond with ok if I’m paying 2.75$ I should get my moneys worth. I’ve never been served this little if I’m paying for it. Not to mention she loads the bowl with cheese, and lettuce that’s allotted within the price of the meal. The young lady gave me my total I noticed it wasn’t the right price she charged me 2.75$ twice. I didn’t have time to remake my food nor deal with young lady at the register. I don’t like confrontation with ppl that make my food. Had I known she was going to charge me 5.50$ for 1 small scoop of guacamole I wouldn’t have paid for it nor ordered it on my bowl. She didn’t let me know she was charging an additional 2.75$ for a small scoop guacamole. I feel cheated out of my money. Nor did she provide regular customer service I wasn’t thanked or anything. I shouldn’t be over charged nor given a lack of customer service because I spoke up and she didn’t like it. Not fair!!! Below is the receipt with her he name of the cashier, time I was there and amount I was charged.
