Her attitude was aggressive from the start — rolling her eyes, talking back, acting irritated over the simplest requests, and making it obvious she didn’t care about her job or the customers in front of her. What made it worse was that the manager stood there and let it happen. A manager who allows that kind of behavior is just as unprofessional. There was zero leadership, zero customer service, and zero accountability. The whole situation was a mess — the worker’s attitude was out of control, and the manager had no control at all. It created an environment that felt hostile and uncomfortable, and no customer should have to deal with that. Chipotle needs to seriously reevaluate their staff because this location is becoming a joke. I won’t be returning at all.
