My experience at this Chipotle was unbelievably awful. The worker with the pink bob was hands-down one of the rudest, most disrespectful employees I’ve ever dealt with. Her attitude was aggressive from the start — rolling her eyes, talking back, acting irritated over the simplest requests, and making it obvious she didn’t care about her job or the customers in front of her.
What made it worse was that the manager stood there and let it happen. A manager who allows that kind of behavior is just as unprofessional. There was zero leadership, zero customer service, and zero accountability.
The whole situation was a mess — the worker’s attitude was out of control, and the manager had no control at all. It created an environment that felt hostile and uncomfortable, and no customer should have to deal with that.
Chipotle needs to seriously reevaluate their staff because this location is becoming a joke. I won’t be returning at all.

Pretty much every Chipotle is good.
This isn't the best one, but it'll do.
My real question is.....why is this in COMPLETELY the wrong location on Google Maps?????
It shows it on the corner of Gessner and Barryknoll, for some reason, in a building that doesn't even exist.
That confused the hell out of me.

I went to this chipotle and I stood in line for 15 with out it moving. The employees other than the cashier were playing around and laughing. When they started to give food the portions were incredibly small so I left cause it wasn’t worth it anymore. The employees for the most part seemed to give up. But the one thing I noticed is there were 3 managers in the back just smiling talking not helping what so ever. They literally had a girl using sign language being the cashier and she was the only one actually working and not playing around. It’s pathetic the managers at this establishment don’t help they just stand their talk with each other with no guidance for their employees. Useless management might as well not even be there at this point.
