  Good bowl, and I ordered online and it was ready fast, but there was chicken in my veggie bowl! It was just a little bit but I do wish they would be more careful because this happened before too.

  Literally anytime I order mobile from this location my food is always wrong. Today got a burrito everything was correct except they destroyed it with Corn. I didn’t even ask for corn at all

  The service was really bad. They didn’t have guacamole, and the staff was not friendly when taking our order. They also said they didn’t have vinegar sauce. They didn’t greet customers with a smile, and when I said we were dining in rather than getting takeout, they looked even more displeased. Overall, both the service and the food were below expectations.

  During my visit, the employee preparing my food was polite and professional. When I asked if it was possible to get a small amount of extra cilantro, he explained that he wasn’t sure and respectfully asked another employee—who I assume was the manager on duty—for approval. There was a container of cilantro available, and I was only requesting a small scoop. Unfortunately, the person he asked was sitting down chatting with another coworker and immediately said no without explanation. I did not argue and continued with my order. When my bowl was ready, that same individual got up to ring me up. He did not greet me, did not ask if I wanted chips or a drink (as is normally done), and did not even tell me my total. His demeanor was very dry and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable. This situation could have been handled much better with a simple and respectful explanation, such as informing me that extra cilantro is no longer allowed and politely declining or making a one-time exception. Instead, the lack of communication and poor customer service were unnecessary and disappointing. I have never had an experience like this at Chipotle before, and it has honestly made me hesitant to return. I believe this situation warrants a conversation with the staff involved so future customers do not experience the same treatment.   I love the flavor, the salsas, the plant-based options, you can make very delicious flavorful burritos, bowls and tacos here. However, my main issue is that the cost of animal flesh is not as it should be. Considering how much suffering animals foods come with, and also destroying the Earth and our health, it should not be in the menu (meat and cheese), or at least to cost way more than the plant-based options.
