  Not busy but no chicken. When they had some ready they put it in a 2oz cup and used that for an entire burrito. The rice was undercooked and crunchy.

  This used to be my go-to chipotle but then their rice started getting stale and flavorless. This girl who works there has a bad attitude. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but the two times i've come in there she's had an attitude. The first time she was like rushing me to get forks so she could finish doing whatever she was doing. The second time she rung me up and i asked can i redeem a free queso and a free bowl and she rudely said no you gotta pick one. she seems like she doesn't wanna be there.

  Want come here again, they dont even like working there. Foods never right and you can bet they gone have poor service every time.

  "I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my visit on Friday, January 16th, around 9:00 PM. I paid $25 for a meal that was significantly lacking in quality. Not only was my burrito short on protein, but the assembly line was depleted of nearly all key ingredients, including steak, barbacoa, onions, and peppers. The most concerning part of the visit was the lack of leadership. While one cook struggled to keep up with the demand alone, the rest of the staff engaged in arguments with customers rather than managing expectations. Many guests walked out frustrated because they weren't told items were unavailable until they reached the front of the line. The atmosphere was unprofessional, and the night shift clearly lacked the guidance needed to handle a busy period. I hope to see better management and staffing levels in the future."
