    Cashier was in a really rush that almost drop my coke and was rushing me to pay when the food runner was not done yet serving and bad attitude.

    Y’all’s workers need glasses or reading classes. I paid to double wrap the burrito and extra sour cream, is the extra tortilla and sour cream in the room with us??? No. Incompetent workers. But ask for a tip 😂😂 yeah ok.

    I enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing. Two bowls and chips with queso cost me nearly $40, and both bowls had very small portions. For the price, it just didn’t feel fair. I hope management pays attention and fixes this issue because it’s been happening more often.

    We went to the Southwest freeway location at 5:45 on October 13th for a bowl and burrito. Service was terrible and the food quality was not good. Every serving bin was a the the bottom of the barrel. Meats and vegetables. We asked if the could refill so we get leftovers at the bottom. The only added more to the black beans. Not good and not going back.
