She tossed items in the bag this that were heavier than others and caused our food to spill. My wife and I had to re pack the food into other bags after it was given to us. Even in noticing us having issues she didnt even offer to help HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! the Young lady with the blonde hair was so kind and helpful she did an amazing job I still wont come back to this location

On top of that, we ordered a carne asada salad bowl and they completely forgot the protein and barely filled the bowl. We had to go back just to get what we paid for. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue professionally, the owners argued with us and insisted we had to pay extra for the protein that was already part of the order. They were rude, unaccommodating, and showed zero sense of customer service. Very disappointing experience.
