Stay away from here. Lady spoke to her manager in Spanish about my order like I didn’t know what she was saying, trying to charge me for sides when I never get charged for sides. Not coming back here.

Terrible experience, do not go to this location!!!! This place CALLED THE COPS on us because we asked for a receipt to receive our points….. we paid with cash and requested a receipt for which they said they couldn’t provide us one at the time, and we were “harassing” them for which the cops were called. We spent 50$ and simply wanted our points. It was close to their closing time so I believe laziness was the factor in this. Don’t go here unless you want to have the cops called on you! LOL

I came into this location around 9:50pm, they close at 11. No one was in line and the staff were finishing up with another customer and then a girl came to help me. I ask for a bowl, I originally wanted steak in the beginning but it looked old and left out to dry, so I opted for chicken. I ask the girl for double chicken, she does the first scoop perfect then scoops again but this time shakes it off to practically half a normal portion and puts it in the bowl. I say “girl really” in a laughing way thinking she was playing but once I realized she wasn’t I said “aren’t double meat scoops supposed to be the same size? Especially if I’m being charged more” She proceeds to laugh and show me the proper scoop amount (which was way bigger then her little scoop)…at that point I did not see any point in arguing with her, she knew what she did was weird and unnecessary! Then tried to play stupid like I was wrong for calling it out, but if it was her money I’m sure she’d feel different! Please train this staff on their portions and public interactions. I’m sure she was doing what she was trained to do which is why it needs to get better! Love chipotle but will not be back here and I encourage you to eat elsewhere if your time allows it!
