- BBBrandonDec 26, 20251.0You will not get your money's worth of food if you come here. As everyone else is saying, the portions are so small it is laughable. I normally go to Freebirds down on 1960 off Cutten Rd, but I was picking up at HEB so decided to come here. Won't make that mistake again. See the attached picture for a side by side of the burrito I normally get at Freebirds (it is their "monster" size) for $14.59 vs the burrito I just got here at Chipotle for $11.25. The Freebirds burrito is a few bucks more but the burrito is like 3x the size. Plus Freebirds gives you way more options on what to put in it that don't even cost extra. Chipotle fell off hard. Do not give them y'all's hard-earned money this is outrageous.

She kept putting random ingredients on the bowl even after we clearly told her what we wanted. When we tried to correct her and asked her to please listen, she ignored us and continued doing whatever she wanted. When we finally said we didn’t want the food anymore because it was made wrong, she got upset and had a major attitude. Things escalated into an argument because of how disrespectful she was being. Then another employee jumped in and said, “You’re not going to talk to my employee like that,” but it felt very unfair because it was apparently okay for their employee to have bad customer service and speak to us rudely, but we weren’t allowed to defend ourselves or say anything back. Overall, the customer service was terrible, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitudes and lack of respect were completely unnecessary. I won’t be coming back to this location
