Not one time but EVERYTIME we come here they are out of something and don’t close until late. How are you out of necessities by 6:30pm?

Just wanted to share my disheartening experience at this location. This is our main location because it's close to home. Our experiences have been decent so far with no issues...that is until today.
I came in to pick up my mobile order on Jan 5 at 11:10 AM and an African American young lady with black and blonde braids asked for my name. She only had a couple of orders in front of her so I just gave her my first name thinking that should've been good enough and she shortly asked if it could be under another name. I told her no and was about to pull up my order before she asked for my last name too. I gave it to her and she ever so rudely handed me the bag while glaring at me. All this only for her to turn the bag around and I see my name CLEAR as day, printed on the label. She acted like I came off the streets to steal someone else's order. No...it was my name on the bag and an order that I paid for with my hard earned money. She disrespected me...she had no right to. I respectfully answered her questions and never once was rude to her like she was to me.
I am still a Chipotle fan but I will never order from this particular location again.

Very small portions. Not really friendly. I'll just go further down the street to a different Chipotle, because this one isn't great at all.

I’m will NOT be going to this location again. Every time I go there is always an issue and the attitudes of the employees are HORRENDOUS!! I just left at 8:30 pm and they don’t close until 11. I wanted a bowl to go and The first issue was that they were out of white rice. It was fine because I eat brown rice so I was OK. They only had chicken and Carne Asada left. I asked for steak and if they would be bringing more out since they don’t close for another two hours. I also mentioned I was OK with waiting.Instead of stating there will be a wait for the steak (which was right behind her), She said that she doesn’t know if they’re going cook steak and that “she just works here”. When she grabbed the steak from behind her, she placed around 8-10 pieces of steak on my bowl. The last time I asked whether or not they could put a little bit more on my bowl because of the small amount of meat, she said it would be extra. I didn’t bother, but I did ask for more rice because I was able to see the bottom of the bowl, which goes to show you that she did not put enough rice there. As I am asking for those things, she’s glancing over at the cashier and making a snide laugh. My first initial thought was to tell her to cancel the order, but I had my dog and nieces in the car and they were hungry so I decided to keep going. I asked her for a vinaigrette, and she forgot to put it in the bag. Also, when I got home, my bowl was not hot at ALL and part of that was because I was missing black beans. The attitude and snide looks were uncalled for. It’s really disheartening to go to a place where you spend your money for food and the workers are upset because you are requesting for things they should already have. I could see if I came in at 10:45 requesting Them to cook steak when they are cleaning up. But for you to shrug And act as though you have no clue whether or not the cooks can make more steak when you will be open for another two hours is diabolical. EVERY TIME I go to this location, there is an issue. I hate it because it’s the one closest to my house And it’s such an inconvenience to go to the one further from me just because I want good customer service in a bowl made correctly.
