She decided to leave but said she would come back because they told her it would be ready in 5mins. Later this guy proceeded to say in Spanish to the other coworker “hey let’s just tell her the batch was made wrong, because she is honestly getting on my nerves she comes every day asking the same thing and only wants a bunch of brown rice I’m tired of it “ and the coworker was like “I can’t lie to her is here almost finished “ the food was amazing but I would recommend not talking about customer like that infront of other customers I was even scare to order because he was with this attitude and I’m not trying be greedy but the portion he was putting on our bowls looked like he was paying for the ingredients it was just a little. I guess it’s just the night shift because they be nice in the morning

This time my experience wasn’t great. The person who answered, was rude and ended up hanging up on me and I did call again but it took me SEVERAL times to get ahold of a live person. When they answered again they literally answered and just put the phone down and I can hear the person talking trash in the background. This is NOT good customer service. I’m highly disappointed!
