Called the store cause maybe I thought they were in the back but nothing. Waited couple mins then 2 young ladies walked in with canes meals! and took our order. Will never be coming here again due to my safety. Will be going to a different location cause the milkshakes are soo good😩

There was a language barrier and the cashier didn't understand me because I didn't get what I paid for and I didn't understand her either. I'm very upset that this happened and feel like I wasted my time waiting for this food that I didn't order. I explained to the cashier that she got my order wrong and she was trying to convince me that she gave me what I ordered. I didn't want to make a scene so I left with "the order". She should've corrected her mistake and given me what I asked for instead of arguing with me. She should be trained on customer service. Very disappointing.
