I never feel too heavy after eating here, which I really appreciate. I had the pita with chicken, plenty of vegetables, and the balsamic vinaigrette—my favorite because it’s perfectly sweet and tangy. Great food, great portions, and an overall great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

When ordering my bowl, I noticed that with this particular location, they are very stingy about the portion sizes- more so than other cava locations I have visited prior. When eating my bowl, I've noticed that the ingredients didn’t seem fresh at all and tasted like they have been sitting out for awhile. Not to mention how they skimped out on the protein portion. It was a disappointing experience and I would recommend people to visit another cava location if you want fair portion sizes and fresh ingredients.
