    First time here and I can say the service is amazing they explain everything they had and was very patient and professional the .the manager paid for my meal which I am so grateful for this place is 20/10

    My family & I had our first Cava experience at this location & it was nothing less than amazing! The restaurant was clean and inviting, the manager on duty was very attentive, polite and helpful, and the service was fast and friendly. I got a bowl that I saw on TikTok and it was DELICIOUS! I just started my healthy eating journey and I will definitely be a frequent flyer moving forward.

    I’ve always considered this my favorite location, but my recent experience with the GM, Jasper, was incredibly disappointing. His attitude was completely disrespectful from start to finish. Every time I spoke, he just responded with a dismissive 'huh?' like he couldn't be bothered to listen. The service was also bizarrely stingy. When I asked for a couple of spoons of toppings, he would literally only put one single slice of cucumber or 'coin.' When I politely asked for an extra dressing, he snapped back with, 'I already gave you one.' It wasn’t just the refusal; it was the rude and unprofessional way he said it. It’s sad because I love this spot, but Jasper made me feel so uncomfortable that I don't know if I’ll be back.
