  I went in feeling uneasy about my commitment to my fast for the month and left out excited about my journey thanks to Teyona (apologies for the misspelling if incorrect)! She was patient, allowed me to try unfamiliar samples AND was charismatic while doing so. Her efforts were greatly appreciated and as a result, Cava now has a returning customer!

  This is thee worst location. I’ve done delivery and pickup from here and they will absolutely screw up your delivery order big time. And when you do pick up you have to double check your order because they barely read the items slip and give you whatever. You have to order inside to get your order right, it’s frustrating when you have a time crunch.

  I walked in here for the first time and the atmosphere was great, I got a nice warm welcome As I walked in. I had Keily help me out through the line she explained everything very well with such a positive attitude. To top it all off the food was super delicious and I will definitely be making another trip to this cava location !

  Lady was rude and tried to give my boyfriend old rice in my bowl. Her co-worker literally had to tell her to wait so he could give us fresh rice. And paid for extra portions and received damn near the same amount as regular portion. The Mexican girl had an attitude while we were asking suggestions as it was my boyfriend’s first time. Overall portions sucked and so did the lady serving us. The guy was very patient and sweet. Went near closing time and it was empty. She had no reason having an attitude and we were the only ones there. She was very unwelcoming. Her coworker was nice though.

  THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I just went to CAVA and it was an absolute treat. Food I got the chicken shawarma AND the hot spicy chicken shawarma with the hot harissa vinaigrette, plus a blueberry lavender drink. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot. That spicy shawarma with the harissa vinaigrette is straight up 🔥. Service Unfortunately, when I got there I saw what I would honestly call a nightmare customer. He was standing over the food shield, talking directly over the food, and pointing into the food. The worker before Fabian did not stop him at all, and I found myself absolutely disgusted. Someone can very blatantly cough or spit over the food in a situation like that. Please stop people from reaching over the food guard and talking over the food like that, because it was absolutely disgusting to watch. On the other hand, full props and admiration goes to Fabian for the STELLAR job helping me out. He was super sweet, chatting me up, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. By the end of it, I felt like a genuinely satisfied customer. Overall Fast, tasty, great vibes, and solid portions. Highly recommend, I will definitely be back. Just hope they don’t have more customers trying to talk into the food.
