After my dad’s passing, handling everything alone became overwhelming, especially when it came to feeding myself. Even simple tasks like placing an order online proved challenging. Some items were out of stock, leaving my order incomplete and preventing me from picking it up. I called in, hoping for help, and Bill was incredibly kind. He invited me in and assured me he would fix it right up. Daniel then took over.
Despite the hectic downtown area, especially the medical center, the staff was incredibly friendly. After a long day, I can’t express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my order. A special shoutout to Bill for not only making my night but also for his kindness and generosity. I highly recommend Cava to anyone looking for amazing service and delicious food!!! 🫶🏼 thank you BILL

this is the worst cava location EVER. i love cava but specially this location is horrible. my lentils were hard and not cooked at all, and i paid extra for sweet potatoes in my bowl which were not in there. this isn’t the first time this cava has been disappointing

I’ll admit, I was hesitant to give The Cava in medical center another chance. My visit Tuesday was, to put it lightly, underwhelming—slow service and cold, bland food overall terrible experience However, based on recent reviews, I decided to return, and I am so glad I did. This was, without a doubt, one of the best culinary turnarounds I have ever witnessed.
Service and Atmosphere
Upon walking in, the vibe was completely different. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, making us feel valued from the moment we sat down. It was bustling, yet we never felt ignored.
The Food
The kitchen is clearly under new management. The Harissa avocado was, in a word, perfection—cooked to the perfect consistency, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. My companion’s steak was perfectly seasoned. Everything was fresh and, most importantly, hot.
Final Verdict
What was once a disappointing spot has become a top-tier destination. The Cava on medical has completely changed the narrative. If you had a poor experience in the past, trust me—it’s time to give them another shot. They have absolutely earned my repeat business! I don’t know what changed but keep it up! I’ll be back tomorrow.

This restaurant never disappoints. I've been several times and always leave satisfied. The food quality is very good. The staff is very friendly and always willing to make recommendations; today I was served by Keily. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Just had a mobile pickup order, not only was it delayed past the time it was expected when ordering, which I totally didn’t mind, when I picked it up at the pickup window I glanced down in the bag to ensure everything was there and it looked like my brownie was missing. So I quickly asked the person who made and handed me my order if everything, including the brownie, was in the bag, and he ensured me it was. Lo and behold, the brownie was not in the bag despite the person who packed my order not 30 seconds before ensured me it was. Tried calling the phone number listed and when it transfers me to an individual at this specific store it won’t go through. Beware this location.
