  Food is good, employees are under trained. Be sure you can walk them through making your bowl exactly how it's listed on the menu or it will be incorrect.

  Cava is one of my favorite places to eat! I just wanted to shout out the three young ladies who were working the front on tonight. They were all so sweet and patient and helpful! The service here was by far some of the best service I’ve had. Also the food is always great. Keep up the great work.

  I am really disappointed at CAVA. The portions were surprisingly small for the price, and it felt like you’re expected to pay extra just to get a decent amount of food. I don’t mind paying for quality, but when the base portions are this skimpy, it starts to feel like a rip-off. The food tastes good, but the value just isn’t there for me any more and CAVA has never been that way. Hopefully CAVA considers more reasonable portions, because customers shouldn’t have to pay extra just to feel full.

  Craziest experience- I watched a worker pull a towel from a sanitizer bucket ( that was on the counter, next to food) and she dropped it on the floor. She then picked up the towel DIRECTLY FROM THE FLOOR and started wiping the counters and the line area. Questioned her and the manager about the issue and neither one of them showed any concern whatsoever. If this kid does this directly in front of customers- there is no telling what she does in the back. Do better Cava!!

  Ate here for the 1st time yesterday and was amazed! Food is absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining the different dishes/sauces. Regret waiting so long to give it a try. Will definitely be back often!!
