  The food is actually great, and the staff as well. The thing is after I was done eating I crossed the street to check on a property of mine, I was gone for 10 minutes and when I got back my car was already towed. It was actually an illegal towing because I was in fact a customer. Anyway CAVA is great, I love that place but this particular location is not worth the risk of being towed.

  Such a great experience at this location. I’ve been to many Cava’s before but the customer service here was phenomenal, from start to finish. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and as I was ordering the workers gave me suggestions, which I loved. While I was eating the manager, Mark, came by to make sure everything was good. He even offered a water refill which was so sweet of him. Will definitely be coming back!

  I love coming to this location anytime I crave a good meal and a great experience, especially when Mark is there. Mark is an outstanding manager! He’s always friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the team. The service and food are always great when he’s around — definitely one of the best CAVA locations thanks to him!

  I have a Cava near me, but I will usually travel the extra 10-15 mins to this location because of the cleanliness and hospitality offered here. Mark assures every customer is attended equally with comfort and gratitude. Other locations I’d rate 3-4, but this location is definitely 5 star.

  I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience at this CAVA location last night. I placed my order through the app — a simple pita wrap — and was surprised when it was marked “ready” within five minutes. I thought that was odd, but I was starving, so I picked it up right away. On my way home, I tried their new cinnamon pita chips — they weren’t fresh at all, but I let it slide because I was hungry. The real issue started when I got home and opened my bag. The wrap was wrapped in soggy paper, and the whole thing looked and felt like an old order that had been sitting there for hours. The avocado inside was completely brown — not just slightly oxidized, but clearly old. I’ve eaten here many times, and I know the difference between a fresh avocado and one that’s been sitting all day. After a long day, I was frustrated but drove all the way back to the restaurant. When I asked for the manager, he didn’t apologize or show any concern. Instead, he tried to brush it off as if this was just normal. There was no accountability, no “sorry for the inconvenience,” nothing. The only person who showed any kind of customer service was Phillip, the cashier. He noticed my frustration,as my order was being remade he offered me a drink on the house. He was polite, understanding, and professional. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had quality issues at this location, but it will definitely be my last. I really hope management takes this as a wake-up call to tighten up food quality and customer service because right now, it’s unacceptable.
