CAVA usually awesome (only when ordering in person). Washington location is not so good with online orders, as they cut down everything in bowl (and they missed my avocado)... disappointing

My name is Elizabeth and this is the second time that I have been to this location because I like the bow and wanted to try the pita. I was immediately greeted upon arriving by a smiling face. Corey helped me with my chicken Greek pita and did an amazing job!! It was fantastic! Prices just right for the size of it. There was also a man by the name of William who was very kind in asking how my day was going. If had a really rough week and today was long but good day so coming in was a treat. William’s sincere smile, question, and treatment made my day. Thank you William and Corey for EXCELLENT SERVICE, I will definitely be back again. The pita is amazing!!! Don’t forget to order the Greek, you won’t regret it. Thanks, guys. ♥️

This location has significantly declined. I visited today at approximately 4:55 PM and experienced some of the most unprofessional service I have encountered. The employee who took my order was disengaged and minimally communicative, clearly demonstrating a lack of interest in assisting customers. More concerning, the cashier handled my pita bread with visibly soiled gloves and rolled it up in a manner inconsistent with standard service. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and food safety practices at this location. I was so alarmed by what I observed that I ultimately did not eat the food I purchased, which is complete waste of both my time and money. The overall experience was deplorable and unacceptable. I will not be returning and will be escalating this matter to corporate, as the cleanliness standards and staff conduct warrant immediate attention.
