  We visited on Monday evening for happy hour then dinner. Our bartender Cody was professional, courteous and fun! He got our orders just under the happy hour deadline. We then ordered a lovely bottle of Chardonnay and a meal to go. The manager served our main and was so courteous as well. We love our local Italian go-to and will be back and ask always for Cody!

  So we popped up in here at almost 10:00 one night. One of my students mentioned they worked here and my family had never tried it before. I'm often very skeptical all the time, due to Italian places that I've been let down... Best place was fantastic. The blood comes with oil, I never liked that time, but the oil is seasoned with spices and not just bland. Drinkers. We ordered the toasted ravioli and stuffed mushrooms. Both were fantastic, and I loved the sauce that came with the ravioli. My husband got the lentil soup and I got a Caesar salad. The salad was slightly soggy and didn't look freshly freshly made, but it still takes it okay. My husband' lentil soup with sausage was fantastic. Ferment on Trump my husband got a pork chops with Bryan sauce. What size you got mashed potatoes and the pasta. I got the shrimp and tuscana filet pasta. 100% recommended BOTH! Proportional sizes are large and worth the price. It's seasoned it's flavorful, they really know what they're doing here. I never would have stumbled into here with my food had a recommended it, I'm so glad that she did. We will definitely be back with our kids, sooner than we would in Olive garden. I'm really big on pasta, but super particular. This place def nailed it. The waiter described it as Italian food with American portions. He was right. Brought a lot home. Right now they also have the take home entrees for $10, for a limited time.

  We had our New year eve dinner in this restaurant.. it was great experience.. and the biggest reason that we write this is our server Destiny.. she was an amazing person.. professional, friendly and passionate person.. we definitely will often back just for her.. and yea all her suggestions was worked well with our taste.. love you Destiny.. and those tasty foods.. oh one more thing the semifreddo was excellent.

  I ordered a holiday family meal from Carrabba’s yesterday for Christmas Eve, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The order was supposed to include rigatoni with marinara, salmon, Caesar salad with dressing, and bread. With no notice or communication, the rigatoni was substituted with bowtie pasta. I hate bowtie pasta and would have neve ordered that. To make matters worse, the Caesar salad arrived with no dressing at all, just plain lettuce. This meal was for our Christmas Eve dinner going into Christmas. We stay up until midnight to celebrate, and I had guests. I specifically chose Carrabba’s because I have always spoken highly of the food (I mean, it is good but they took so long it was cold.) and wanted something reliable and easy for the holiday. Instead, I was left scrambling with incomplete dishes that I had already paid for. Pickup was also frustrating. I arrived early as instructed and waited outside for over an hour. After sitting there for 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, I had to call the restaurant just to find out what was going on, even though I had already notified someone that I was there. When I contacted Carrabba’s about the issues, all that was offered was a $20 credit. That does not come close to compensating for a ruined holiday meal, wasted time, or the embarrassment of serving guests an incorrect and incomplete order. Ordering a holiday family meal from Carrabba’s should not be this stressful. Unfortunately, this experience was a nightmare from start to finish, and it has completely changed how I view the brand.
