This was our first ever wine dinner experience. The servers were amazing and kept us engaged from the wine to the food. This first time experience was amazing and definitely we will be coming back again. Champagne chicken was the star of the night. Thank you Carrabbas!

I went to Carrabba’s today for lunch and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. My waitress was less than good and the food was barely mediocre. And those statements are watered down just to make me feel better about the situation. I had spaghetti with meatballs and it was barely better than a canned variety. I will never darken their doorstep again.

Subject: Major Catering Fail at Champions Location – Order #4157818109578067
I ordered a large team luncheon for 43 people (36 men, 7 women) for our "First Friday" event, and it was a complete letdown.
First, the substitutions: They ran out of Cannoli's and didn't even call. They just threw in some oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies instead. If I wanted cookies, I would have ordered them.
Second, the "bread" situation: Despite ordering multiple "Family Perfect Bundles" (Lasagna and Chicken Bryan) plus two large pans of Spaghetti, they only sent ONE small pan of bread for 40+ people. When I called to complain, the catering person actually told me the bread is "complementary and no cost." In catering, bread is a staple part of the meal—not a favor you're doing for me!
Finally, the quality: It was embarrassing. Almost half my staff asked what happened to the food. The "meat sauce" for the lasagna and spaghetti was watery with tiny bits of meat that didn't taste like real Italian sausage or beef. It was so bad we gave the leftovers to the stray dogs. I can honestly cook better than what we were served. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about consistency and customer service.

We had an excellent time dining at our local Carrabbas. Our waiter Brandon was by far the best server we have ever had at this location. We will be back! Thank you to the cooks and Brandon!
