    I will start by saying our server Tokyo was phenomenal, she was attentive and bubbly. Unfortunatly, that was the only positive. It was evident early on into dinner that the place is being managed poorly. The bathrooms were disgusting. Of the 4 stalls, only one had toilet paper available and it was not the one toilet clean enough to use. For reference when I arrived there were only 2 other customers in the establishment, so for the bathroom to be in such a disarray was jarring and unexpected. Food ordered concurrently came out at vastly different times, we were told several times it would be right out, only for 20-30 mins to go by before receiving the same update again. When 2 of the group finally got their food, at nearly the 2 hour mark, we asked to speak to the manager. Tokyo goes and speaks to the owner and comes back to the table and informs us that the owner is offereing a free drink to each of the diners that waited almost 2 hours for their food or 10% off of their meals. As Tokyo is offering these options, the owner Ashley comes up behind her and clarifies that she is offering both a complimentary drink and 10% off the meal for them. When one of the diners asked if there was something more she could do, perhaps comp the meals for the wait, Ashley became very combative and rude with the group, even going so far as to say, "this isn't McDonald's babe" in response to comments about the wait times. Wildly unprofessional and very unexpected. I wasn't even going to write a review until I saw how unprofessional the owner responded to other reviews that were left. To add insult to injury, the owner wrote 1 response, then copied and pasted it as a rebuttal to any negative (true) reviews that were left. The same one I'm sure will be left under this review as well.

    We had such a great experience here last night! Our server Tokyo was awesome! She was taking care of us, a large birthday party and several other guests and she held it down. The bar tender was amazing, I wish I could remember her name but she played with our son while we were waiting on the food to come and he loved it and we spoke with the owner and she was so friendly, I loved everyone and everything about this place! My only “complaint” would be that the food did take a while to come but it was worth it 100%. We ordered the Shrimp Po boy, Mac and cheese and fries, a side of catfish, The Philly cheese steak egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks and man it was all so good! I recommend everything we ordered. ESPECIALLY that Mac and cheese my son loved it. Everyone here was so kind, they deserve all the love and praise I can give and the food definitely matches that energy.

    Response to owners untruthful message below: We are disappointed to read your response, as it does not accurately reflect our experience that evening. While we understand that large parties can impact timing, our concern was not simply the wait time. We were told food would be coming out shortly on multiple occasions, yet significant delays continued without clear communication. Several guests received their meals long before others, and some orders were incorrect or incomplete. The issue was not that your food is made fresh — it was the lack of transparency and coordination. We do appreciate the complimentary drinks and items that were offered. However, those gestures came only after concerns were raised multiple times, and they did not resolve the broader service issues we experienced. Regarding the claim that members of our party were rude or disrespectful — we strongly disagree. We expressed frustration, yes, but at no point was anyone abusive or intentionally disrespectful. We expect to be treated with the same courtesy that we extended to your staff. Labeling our group as the sole problem out of 200 guests feels dismissive rather than reflective. As for the restroom comment, we did not leave paper towels on the floor. Suggesting that our group was responsible for that is unfair and unfounded. Our review was written to share our honest experience, not to attack your staff. We believe feedback — even when negative — should be received as an opportunity to improve, not met with accusations. We wish your business the best and hope future guests have a smoother experience than we did Original review The waitress was absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and doing her best to keep everything running smoothly. She checked on us regularly and had a great attitude despite what was clearly a stressful environment. Unfortunately, the management and overall order turnaround completely ruined the experience. The wait time for food was unreasonable, and there seemed to be little organization behind the scenes. Orders were delayed, and it felt like there was no leadership ensuring things were running properly. It’s disappointing because the front-line staff are clearly trying, but poor management and slow kitchen operations make it hard to enjoy the meal. Until those issues are addressed, I can’t say I’d return. Additionally, the owner’s response to feedback lacked professionalism. Customer concerns were not handled with care or accountability, which left a negative impression. With stronger leadership, better staff training, and a more customer-focused mindset from ownership, this restaurant has potential to improve.

    Horrible experience. Our party waited 2 hours for just two pineapples. The waiter repeatedly said the cook was preparing the order and that another table had ordered the same item, but 2 hours is unacceptable. Many menu items were out of stock, which explains why the restaurant was nearly empty. To make matters worse, when the owner, Ashley, came to the table, the only compensation offered was 10% off or cheap house drinks. Her attitude was unprofessional and argumentative, stating “it’s not McDonald’s,” which felt dismissive given the long wait and lack of food. Which we were fully aware of as McDonald’s service is alot faster and the food is fresh. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. She also mentioned owning other restaurants after speaking with her, I understand why her establishments might be understaffed and understocked. To make matters worse the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The owners response clearly shows how unprofessional she is , no one was rude to the server and everyone one else was pleasant except Ashley the owner, your bathrooms where disgusting if the only thing you seen was the issue was tissue on the floor again your the problem, and your couldn’t pay me to come back. How are all the bad reviews the customers fault ? Get a grip , and take a business class immediately Babe.

    The restaurants and or waitress Zee stole my money and the manager Ashley gave the approval. My card was taken before same time as my orders and charged before food was cooked,received and consumed. ordered drinks and food. After receiving our first round, we placed a second food order and another drink. The food arrived, but the drink never did. After waiting and finishing our meal, I informed the waitress, Zee (who refused to provide her real name), that I never received the drink. She admitted she forgot and repeated this to the on-site manager, Zay (Z-A-Y). Despite acknowledging that the drink was never brought to my table, I was told I would not be refunded because drinks are “final sale.” I was informed a manager named Ashley refused the refund, although Zee initially claimed she did not know the manager’s name. I was then told I would need to send an email to request a refund. I waited approximately 25 additional minutes, was charged before my service was complete and was denied a refund for an item I never received. I have never been treated this way. This was a very unpleasant experience, and the customer service from Zee and management was extremely poor.
