  The food was amazing but the service was trash. For it being my first time first impressions are everything. Our server was very inattentive, I paid for something that was sold out which is something our inattentive server could have said before I ordered it and never got offered a refund for it. I paid for my drink in cash and the server did not give me the right amount of change back. I want to try this place out again during the day to see how the vibe is but I for sure would never go back at night. It's like people do not want to work anymore these days.

  The atmosphere was cool but my truck got broken into and we were only inside 2.5 hours. They have no security or cameras in the parking lot. I believe it was an inside thing because my truck was the only one broken into. Mind you the parking lot was full of vehicles. Also there was no camera where are parked only on the opposite site and the owner knew this. The ownere is the DJ. God bless you all. Thank God for insurance and my hardworking husband.

  We attended a R&B paint and sip part at this restaurant. This was our first time visiting Cali HTX. The DJ excellent along with a fun iatmosphere. The staff was very friendly and Tanesha took great care of us. Generous portions and seasoned well but the rice in my pineapple was a little gummy for my taste and my side of fries was cold and soggy. Will come back again.

  First off, this is the 1st time I've EVER written a review on a restaurant. I came here because they were hosting "Hip-Hop Bingo". The atmosphere and vibe, top notch. Until I ordered drinks. I ordered a drink called "Freaky Tails" and "Bud Light" once I was told they did not carry Michelob Ultra. The Freaky tails was so watered down, it may as well been called Ozarka. The Bud light was semi-cold. I informed the server that the beer was not cold. She said she'd get me another. She came back and informed me that none of the beer was cold. I shook my head and just asked for a cup of ice, since I was frustrated at this point. Another women came up to the table I'm assuming she was the manager, came up to me and informed me that the server informed her I didn't want the beer, and went on to tell me that they cannot give refunds on liquor, which I never asked for. Just ice. She also informed me that the beer has been in the refrigerator. Which leads me to assume there's no cooler for the beer otherwise it would have beer ice cold. So by far the most unpleasant experience I've had at a Bar and lounge. Maybe it was a bad day, I don't know. But totally unacceptable. If this the trouble you have with drinks, I definitely wasn't giving the food a try . My 1st and last time.
