We had a group of 8 with a reservation. The manager was basically waiting for us to arrive, im sure by coincidence. After being sat we were promptly met with chips salsa and drinks. Even though we were waiting for one straggler we were not rushed to order. Very laid back atmosphere and attentive service. Our waiter probably gave me 10 tea refills in 2hrs, "I was thirsty ". There we no complaints from any guests about the food and the only thing left on plates was a bit of rice. I had the Redfish and it was what you should expect at a Landrys restaurant, delicious. Will see you soon, thank you.

The cost they impose and the experience you/we received on weekends is quite embarrassing. We were a group of 7-8 individuals. I have seen better variety of food and presentation at other buffets. After reading another review, I can confirm that it is accurate.
It resembles a lunchroom cafeteria where you select tiny half-bite portions of dessert and small fruit cups, reminiscent of a senior citizen's home.
One response from the store manager came off as dismissive. Instead of inquiring how we could improve our experience,
the manager essentially suggested we could dine elsewhere and direct our complaints to the corporate website.
There was no sense of accountability.
It takes years to build a solid reputation, and one foolish action by this manager can tarnish the brand.

Been a long time with my friend. Stop in last week after two months. Buffet layout change completely, no big deal. Among those changes included the deletion of the most delicious items such as shrimp & grits, baked tilapia, sliced fruits except for little chunks in a little bowl. Oh but there was a little cart to fix bloody Mary's, oh boy and still 10 different kinds of enchiladas. Wow. We like the brunch buffet because there were different kinds of cuisines but seems like the line that used to be against the wall that weren't breakfast items have been drastically diminished. Just another one of those restaurant changes that hopes long time patrons will put up with it and new patrons won't know the difference.

First a big thank you to the Cadillac Bar and their team. We had a last minute change on Christmas Day for a group of 18 and were desperately in need of a reservation. Then we needed to spilt 9/9 half of our group was flying in from Boston to surprise my sister in law, who is battling rare cancer. The manager and their team was very accommodating and understood when we needed to keep it a secret and the airport crew was a little late coming in for their reservation time. Everything went according to plan, the staff was professional and friendly with our loud rowdy group dressed as elf’s and the grinch. Thank you for being our Christmas angels!

Sad how this is now. Compare to previous years. the food has gone downhill. We bèen going there for the last 5 yrs. the staff are great but selection has gone way down. I see better selections at At a golden coral seriously. The displays , presentations, minimum and lack somewhat wow factor. The flavor of the food is mediocre. I felt like I was going thru a hospital's cafeteria pick odds ans ends of leftovers. I ordered western omelets and the eggs didnt taste like freshly beaten eggs. The price has gone up to 29.99 pp. Sad sad sad that you charge more and getting less. You think you fix the place up too. On the outside , it looks like a empty lot or a abandoned store front. not inviting, no appeal . Please fix this , I hate to see this establishment go.
