My order included a Philly cheesesteak combo, boudin egg rolls, and cheese sticks. Two separate delivery drivers went to the location and both left after waiting. Uber Eats later confirmed that the drivers canceled because the restaurant was closed. What makes this especially frustrating is that Uber Eats allowed the order to go through in the first place. Typically, if a restaurant is closed, you cannot even place an order. If the restaurant was not actually open or was closing early, orders should have been turned off in the system. To add to the confusion, Google lists this location as open until 10:00 p.m., and that information was recently updated. The lack of accurate communication between the restaurant, Google, and Uber Eats resulted in wasted time for both customers and delivery drivers. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad first impression, and I will not be attempting to order again.

A few times that I have gone there in person, there was always some very shady people hanging out outside and by the cars. I no longer felt safe. One time I immediately got back into my car when someone started walking towards me in a VERY suspicious manner and I quickly drove away. This was not the first time I felt uneasy. This time I decided to have it delivered. Considering it was super cold outside today my food was still warm when I received it. It’s always so good and fresh!

While the burger was generously sized, the fries and onion rings were an average amount. A little surprising considering $33 for 2 burgers, a fry, and an onion ring. No drink. Talkative young staff took 20 minutes to make the order with no line or pending orders. 1 wadded up napkin stuffed at the bottom of the bag. The place has potential, but the staff needs to be retrained.
