  Horrible customer service I am a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and have the app I ordered 10 wings online and was supposed to receive my free 6 birthday wings That was someone on the app, I show up to this location with only two employees and The lady had the most ugliest attitude ever

  I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was so thick and barely cooked. It tasted nothing like bacon. Not to mention my carry out box was filled with grease. Very disappointed!

  This has to be the worse location I have been to. I submitted an order online. Went to pick it up at the designated time only for it to not be ready. Cool I’ll wait. 10mins go by order still not ready, so I ask how much longer will it be and the 1 employee advises that she has been working alone for 30mins and will start my order after the one she is working on. So now an extra 10-15mins, I requested a refund. I’m told that a refund can’t be processed because the manager isn’t there, and I’ll have to wait until the next day for it to be processed, what? Another employee comes in dragging as if she doesn’t want to be there but has no choice. Proceeds to tell me that they can’t process refunds. I’ve never seen such incompetent, slow workers. If you’re going to have an employee working solo at least pick an employee with some pep that can multitask.

  TERRIBLE customer service!!! I placed it to go order and got stuck in traffic , called the minute I knew I was going to be 20mins late due to the road being closed and could they remake the food fresh, the rep at the store stated “that’s not my fault, the food is alr made” . WHAT ? How disrespectful is that to say to a paying EVERYDAY customer mind yall , I live next to the place so I go all the time , smh lost a customer !

  Had a recent bad experience with this store. I ordered food online and went to pick it up. Found out I was missing some items from my order when I got home. Tried calling them and nobody picked up the phone. Went online and can't even find a number or email. Do better than this Buffalo Wild Wings. And don't steal people's money. This is not right. I will not be ordering from this store again.
