You literally have to flag someone down, if not, no one will ever come to even bring menus. Service and mgmt here is horrible. Possibly the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in town as far as service goes.

Seeing that it was already after 1:00 am, my boyfriend apologized for the late call. Not only were they rude , but after getting home to our son, the food we received was absolutely horrible. The fries, or should I say, lack of fries we received, because they only seemed to have thrown in less than a handful, were cold and hard. It's like they gave us the the very last of the fries at the bottom of the basket! Our ranch sauce was less than halfway full and spilling out the sides. It's like they didn't even try..... After moving all day we were looking forward to a good hot meal and got this. Our son got this. I am very unhappy. We will not be returning to this location. Like I said, I understand it was late, but he could have just not answered the phone (I would have much rather he didn't) If he didn't want to prepare any food, we could have taken our business elsewhere and purchased more food for the amount of money we spent!!
