- ICIleia Cade5 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worse restaurants I have been to. Also the Gm Hailey is one of the worst managers I have ever spoken to. They made our food completely wrong where we couldn’t even eat it. When we called to complain the manager was so rude going back and fourth and did absolutely nothing to help us. I called corporate and everyone I could call. I hope this place shuts down soon. Management will run this down the hole.

And another 10 minutes to get a single beer. And that was after I spoke to the manager to see if we were going to get served. There were only 6 tables with people and only 5 people at the bar. Every time I looked the workers were gathered at the back of the bar cracking jokes and having a good time, including the manager. Surely soon there will be an announcement of this chain closing down. Notice in all of the comments the “owner” says they’ll address it, yet the negative reviews keep pouring In. The problem is obvious, let me know if you’d like help fixing it. It will be real simple.
