Wings were old and hard, ordered a 6 piece and only received 5. The fries were hard and cold as well. Food took forever just for it to barely be edible. I’ll stick to supporting my black owned wing spots because they would NEVER!!

We come to this location when we are desperate and don’t want to drive further from the house. We used our points from rewards. To use the points you have to use the phone number of the customer. Waitress got our number. Accidentally left my card and didn’t notice until the end of the week. The next day I got a new charge on my card for $49.39 from DoorDash. I don’t use DoorDash, I drive for DoorDash to earn money not spend it. So to that employee or whomever, I hope you enjoyed your sponsored meal. Plus the folks who were working the bar at the time didn’t even know where the TV remotes were or knew what remote did what. Come on yall. Truly this location could be better but it’s as if the employees and the managers just have no sense of pride in the place that they are representing. Have a screenshot of their meal time. This was the day after we went to this location. Yes I can see both sides of the coin. I should have turned off my card but as well no one should be stealing. This could have been resolved if they possibly have access to see the phone number for the customers and call them back to let them know they left their card, especially if they needed our number to use our points. As a former worker in retail, just do the right thing and not steal other people’s money

Looks great but tastes like dry cardboard. I wish Big City didn't close. This is ridiculous. I'm so upset. I quit on Texas food.

We visit the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Willowbrook location a few times a month, and unfortunately we have started noticing a pattern of inconsistent information and questionable practices. Back in January when the app was running a promotion, I regularly ordered the Pick 6 and added the offer without any issues at other locations. However, when we tried to do the same at this location, we were told by staff that the manager said the two could not be combined. To double check, I pulled up the app right there at the table and placed a test order for pickup at that exact location and it allowed the promotion to be combined without any problem. After seeing this, the waitress went to the register and admitted we were correct and honored it. Tonight a different waitress told us Happy Hour had been extended until 7 pm. I even pointed out that the menu clearly says 6 pm and always has, but she confirmed multiple times that it was extended. Based on that information, the four of us ordered drinks and an appetizer expecting Happy Hour pricing. When the bill came, none of the items were discounted. It ended up being over 20 dollars more than it should have been and it felt like it was brushed off as if we would not notice. At this point it feels less like simple miscommunication and more like there may be some concerning management practices happening at this location. When policies and promotions seem to change depending on who you talk to and only get corrected when customers push back it really damages trust. We enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings overall but this location seriously needs clearer communication, better staff training, and more transparency with customer and maybe better management.

I was unfortunately disappointed with my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food itself did not meet expectations, but the larger issue was with the service and overall management of the restaurant. Our server was consistently unavailable, making it difficult to get refills on drinks or place additional orders. At times, it felt like we had to track her down just to receive basic attention. Additionally, the rest of the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which created an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. There appeared to be a lack of management presence, as no managers were visible to address issues or assist the staff. The server was not professional or courteous and struggled to answer simple questions, which only added to the frustration. Overall, the combination of inattentive service, lack of management oversight, and subpar food made for a disappointing experience. For the level of effort and expectation, I would not recommend this location, and I personally would have been better off going elsewhere for a meal. Improvement in both staff training and management supervision would be essential for this location to provide a satisfactory experience.
