  Jason was phenomenal in correcting an order that was initially incorrect. He handled the situation quickly and professionally, making sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. On top of that, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Great service and a great experience overall!

  Wings were ice cold. Didn't tell them about it because I don't ever trust sending food back. The onion rings, pretzels and cheese sticks were good. Very nice hostess!

  Called in to order the 10 piece BOGO cause the app wouldn’t let me adjust the amount of Wings per sauce type. The guy on the phone was rude and was acting like I was bothering him for calling. Was overcharged cause I called in. Online the pretax total is 11.99 but called over the phone is 13.49, when told about this, he said he couldn’t do anything, and I even tried to contact a manager and was told one isn’t available. Be careful and check your receipts to make sure you are getting charged correctly.

  I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location during my lunch break, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was unorganized, and the staff showed very little urgency or accountability. My food order was incorrect, and when I notified the server, the manager, Jason, acknowledged the mistake and told me they would remake the order “fresh.” However, after waiting an additional 30 minutes, the corrected meal never arrived. Considering I was on a limited lunch break, this delay was unacceptable. When I asked to speak to the manager again regarding the issue—and at the very least, to address the inconvenience—I was told someone would come by, but no one ever did. Instead, I received only a $2 discount for an order I never even received. That is extremely poor customer service and shows a lack of responsibility and leadership. Overall, I left frustrated and without the meal I paid for. This location urgently needs stronger management and more attentive service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant and hope improvements are made.
