They didn’t pack the buffalo sauce. So tell me, what is Buffalo Wild Wings without their signature sauce? I only got my ranch. Unfortunately I give this order a 3/10, due to the lack of attention to detail. It’s almost like they will hire anyone, they don’t pay attention to their employee’s work ethic. It’s just sad. People should be trying harder if they work in customer service, and if they don’t like it, find a different job.

We all ordered our food at the same time, but my meal came out long before the rest of my family’s , I was finished eating before they even got theirs. That’s completely unacceptable, especially since it wasn’t even a busy night. When I asked the night manager about the missing meal, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He said, “I don’t know, I’m not the one who took your order. Did you ask your server?” As a manager, he should be aware of what’s happening in his restaurant, not deflect responsibility onto his staff. His attitude and lack of accountability were completely out of line. Please train your management and staff to be more respectful, attentive, and knowledgeable. This was a major disappointment for my family and me, and it left a terrible impression.
