I absolutely love this location. JoJo has awesome customer service, made us feel right at home. JoJo's energy was contagious as it flowed throughout building. The bartender's were cool and drinks were good. Our server Jaydah was kind and nice with great small talk. Overall we will definitely be back to this location to eat.

Worst service I've ever experienced. I noticed that people who look young are treated worse which is ageist. The only time Carla, our waitress, black with a silk press with bangs and light highlights from what I recall or a wig that appeared as such, came to check on us was when we finished eating, showing that she only wanted her tips or to see us out, not to work for her tips and provide us with decent or notable service. My friend was waiting a whole hour just to ask for a new dish because hers was too spicy. Our drinks were empty or half filled the entire time. We were also charged $3.99 per water which was supposed to be free and confirmed to have supposed to be free upon asking the waitress. Last time I was here before this time we were waiting 30 minutes just for the check and funnily enough it was only after we said we'd split the bill. If it wasn't for my friend feeling bad this time for whatever reason, the tip would've been $0 instead of $1. She should've just given me her card so I could pay on her behalf with all my pent up anger and no tip. Last time the server got $1.75 just because my ex-boyfriend who worked in food service felt bad and "emphasized," like, emphasized with what? Neglecting the customers just because they wanted to split the bill or because they look young? Absolutely disgusting. My friends on both occasions as well as I have also worked in food service and by my knowledge, you're supposed to check on your tables every 10-15 minutes, not every 30-60 while continuously walking past us. I don't care how badly people think younger people won't or can't tip. Poor service is bound to get a bad or no tip and young people or people with less money still deserve to have a good dining experience. I didn't get a name, but the server having us wait 30 minutes for the check the first time I went here was black with dreads and went out to smoke a cigarette after serving us. Only time he picked up the service was when I snapped when my dessert didn't come with the caramel and chocolate syrup it was supposed to come with as stated on the menu. Also, offering free refills for fountain drinks then never coming back to refill the drinks is a scam, especially for $3.99 per drink. I saw that someone else on this page was charged for refills. We got to-go refills to get our money's worth. It seems only when I get noticeably mad does the service become decent when it should be decent or better all the time.

Ordered our food. Came out cold, didn't bring my grandsons food out until 15 minutes after they brought the food. Fried pickles are nasty. Not a good experience, will not go back.
