  Ordered our food. Came out cold, didn't bring my grandsons food out until 15 minutes after they brought the food. Fried pickles are nasty. Not a good experience, will not go back.

  I’ve been going to this place every week, and everything has always been fine until today. Unfortunately, the lady who served us was extremely rude, had a bad attitude, and even yelled at us. It completely ruined my mood and affected how I felt for the rest of the day. I never expected to be treated that way, especially at a place I regularly visit and enjoy. Because of this experience, I honestly don’t know if I feel comfortable going back again. I’m very disappointed, as one bad interaction changed my entire perception of a place I once liked.

  Not a great experience they charge for refills and service was crappy. Wings were overcooked and seasoned on one side only. Spent over $100 to take my family there and it was regretful. Took my family to chilis where they don’t charge for refills and have wings and chips and salsa and the waiters are way more attentive to their customers.

  Upon arriving, to pick up a mobile order, the pick-up area was super busy. One guest informed me that a cook had called in, leaving only one cook and the manager preparing the food. While I understood the situation, I expected the food to be hot and fresh after a 40-minute wait. Unfortunately, the fries in my kids’ meal were cold, not even warm. I went back in and asked for fresh fries, but the young lady brought more from the back, which were no better. I would have preferred waiting longer for fresh fries, you could tell they either had them sitting in the basket over the fryer or made a bunch and was just giving them to us. Either way it was disappointing, but the young lady working the counter was extremely pleasant and kept her cool. It was at least 15 customers at the counter picking up orders.

  Me and my bf wanted a late night snack and we entered the Buffalo Wild Wings at highway 6 on 12/20 and as soon as we entered there was nobody there so you would expect that somebody would be excited there’s business in there. We sat at the bar and it was an older / elderly lady bartender she was blonde and was mopping floors and worried about cleaning the bar then the guest that just arrived. She couldn’t even acknowledge us and say she’ll be right with us. My boyfriend asked her “are you closed?” And she replied with “no!” With such attitude and snapped on us. We immediately got up and left. Buffalo Wild Wings do better especially with your employees the customer service was terrible and ruined our experience.
