- CCCheronda CarterDec 25, 20251.0Upon arriving, to pick up a mobile order, the pick-up area was super busy. One guest informed me that a cook had called in, leaving only one cook and the manager preparing the food. While I understood the situation, I expected the food to be hot and fresh after a 40-minute wait. Unfortunately, the fries in my kids’ meal were cold, not even warm. I went back in and asked for fresh fries, but the young lady brought more from the back, which were no better. I would have preferred waiting longer for fresh fries, you could tell they either had them sitting in the basket over the fryer or made a bunch and was just giving them to us. Either way it was disappointing, but the young lady working the counter was extremely pleasant and kept her cool. It was at least 15 customers at the counter picking up orders.

We sat at the bar and it was an older / elderly lady bartender she was blonde and was mopping floors and worried about cleaning the bar then the guest that just arrived. She couldn’t even acknowledge us and say she’ll be right with us. My boyfriend asked her “are you closed?” And she replied with “no!” With such attitude and snapped on us. We immediately got up and left. Buffalo Wild Wings do better especially with your employees the customer service was terrible and ruined our experience.
