  The redfish was so small, I thought it was an appetizer. This place is so overpriced for the food you get. Taste of Texas Steakhouse is the one to go to. There were so many managers walking about but none checked on us. It was our first time and our last dining there.

  Much better than Taste of Texas, and I absolutely love the outdoor section. Classy and cozy at the same time with a great selection of seafood, steaks, and cocktails. Jenna was a great, she took incredible care of us and absolutely deserves a FAT raise A$AP!

  Last minute decision for my wife and I to get a steak. Taste of Texas waitlist was too long so we decided to try this place. The steaks, salad, and dessert were fantastic. That made up for first impression, being denied a table for being a clean cut gentleman wearing shorts and not "long pants." This is Texas, y'all.

  Celebrated my 26th birthday today! Ms. Rebecca was so kind and thoughtful. She even went out of her way to take pictures of my boyfriend and I. The food was exceptional. The manager also came by the table and made sure we were having a good experience. Definitely would come back for another occasion.

  If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. Its really sad because the place is really beautiful. Too bad its the only thing this place has going for it. I have NO IDEA how they have lasted as long as they have. My husband and I went to an early dinner (3:30/4) for our 19 year anniversary. The hostess was friendly enough, but our waitress was THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER! Granted, we were not dressed in our 5 star attire, but by no means did we look homeless...yet we were definitely treated like 2nd class citizens. All of the other tables we heard her greet with a .." celebrating anything special "..." the chef has some specials"...etc. We didn't get that. I had to ask for lemon for my water 3 separate times. She recommended the crab cake. Gross. Eddie V's and Gordon Ramsay's has them beat hands down. We also listened to her recommendation for the special steak cut. Wrong again. It in fact did not melt like butter and it was overcooked. The manager came over for a brief moment and acted surprised that we had any complaints, and the only thing offered was a new steak cooked how it should have been in the first place. We have been to several fine dining establishments all over houston and this THE WORST! I could have had a better steak at Waffle House. Do yourself a favor and celebrate somewhere else where they make you feel a little special. Every other place gives you a dessert with a message or even a card. Might I suggest Turners Cut, Mortons, Steak 48, hell...even Outback has a better steak and service. I should have taken my $200 to the casino, chances were better than here.
