    Food is great always get wings from here. But the app it self, it make ordering so much easy. Now I can go swing by after work and get food without wait on the phone or line. Fast and easy!

    Poor, beneath the surface, horrible and not even mediocre at best customer service. My food was contaminated with hair at the 45 and West road location. The manager, Liliana, was extremely belligerent at that location so I contacted this location to speak with the Manager, Chris, on November 11th. After calling six or seven times I finally spoke with Denise the assistant manager and I was told that they are not going to refund or remake my order. This is highly upsetting because this is my first visit to try the food and it's highly unprofessional that I've had to wait from the 11th of November to the 21st of November for them to let me know that they were not going to provide a refund. Even though they said if I send a picture of my food with the hair in it and a picture of my receipt to their email that they were going to provide my refund. I did exactly what I was asked to do so I'm not understanding why I'm being refused a refund. What is the procedure when there is hair in someone's food and why do you feel it's okay to deny me a refund. Now I'm going to be contacting the health department since you guys don't know how to resolve the issue I definitely know how to escalate an issue.
