The customer service was off puttting, and the staff behind the counter were rude and gave me dirty looks throughout my interaction. When I requested an extra ranch, I was informed of the one-dollar charge. I was prepared to pay, but realized I did not have my card on hand. When I asked if I could receive a complimentary ranch given the circumstances, the staff denied the request in a very rude manner. When I spoke with the manager to request a refund, I noted that it was unfortunate to lose a $42 order over a $1 item. He responded in a condescending and dismissive tone, stating, "It's just a dollar." The attitudes displayed by both the staff and management were unacceptable. As a result, I will not be patronizing this establishment again.
