As an Aussie living in Houston, I finally decided to give this place a go. Not great at all, food was disappointing, the only thing it had going for it was that it came out hot. A mountain of stodgy scramble egg packed into a sad burrito with a tiny bit of equally sad bacon and husbands big breakfast was mostly a big breakfast mountain of Kale and Spinach. Not on par with an Australian cafe by a long shot. Also what’s with the staff area aside the booths with everyone’s bags and things strewn all over the place. We won’t be back!

atmosphere was sooo cutesy, such a cute spot for a date which was what I was doing, very relaxing spot, I’d absolutely come back for a study date or some me time, got a chocolate croissant and a chai, as an avid chai drinker I have to say it was super good but as a first time trier of a chocolate croissant it was absolutely delicious!! Staff was all super friendly too, our waitress Jenn was such a cutie, huge sweetheart, and made sure we were extremely comfortable throughout, would absolutely come back soon !! :)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Our server was rude and disengaged from the moment we sat down. I clearly stated that I have a gluten allergy. I confirmed that my meal was gluten free when the plate was dropped off, and I asked again before we left. At that point, I was told the dish was not gluten free after all.
This is not a small mistake. Food allergies are a serious health issue, and this situation created real risk and unnecessary stress. Restaurants that claim to accommodate dietary restrictions must take them seriously. This one did not.
The service was also unacceptable. The server never checked on us during the meal. Mid shift, she sat in a booth directly across from us and began eating a sushi roll, while we were left without any attention or follow up. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and no one else came by to check on us.
On top of that, she was dismissive and rude to both me and my young son. We were seated in the back and treated like an inconvenience, despite being a simple two top. The experience felt like bare minimum effort at best.
This place is not safe for people with food allergies, and the waitstaff clearly needs better training and supervision.

My family and I are new to Texas and have had trouble finding breakfast spots but this one was really good! The coffee and food and service was amazing and Jacob, our server, was consistent in making sure we were good with everything. Would definitely go back.

Awful and rude waiter. We were a table of 5, and he only put in 4 orders. So then someone had to wait 20 minutes more for their plate after we all got our plates. And then, the sunshine burrito says “served w/ wedges”. Plate comes out, no wedges. We tell him and he says no that doesn’t come with wedges. So we grab a menu and clearly it says “served w/wedges.” So we tell him and he still says, no that doesn’t come with wedges. So I ask him, so the menu is wrong, and he says no. So I ask him, so you say we are lying. And he says no. Very difficult guy. I just want what the menu says.
