- MMMaisie5 days ago4.0Food was good, service was awkward. We were initially shown to our seat by the person at the stand, and then after we ordered drinks a random man came up in a coat. We thought he was panhandling at first, and I was going to politely say no, until he asked if we were ready to order. He was dressed like he was working outside. I found this odd. After that, it took a long time to catch his attention again, to the point I’m still not sure if he officially works there. I had the prosciutto sandwich. It was good. Wedges were a bit undercooked and the mayo I asked for never showed up. My friend has the ricotta pancakes which she enjoyed, but couldn’t finish. They were taken away without offer of a takeout box. Interesting. They sat people directly next to us despite having lots of seats. This was not ideal, and seemed designed to rush us, so the gentlemen next to us got to hear our grim discussion about a relative who died that morning. Most good service involves giving people some privacy where possible.

We ordered a variety of foods and drinks and everything was delightful. Ambiance was cozy and the staff made our visit an overall 5 out of 5 experience. We definitely recommend!!!

F.Oct 28, 20251.0Terrible customer service in my opinion for the cashiers working today at 6pm - they charge extra for milk substitutions and have an extremely watered down version of vanilla “syrup” which was just vanilla water, resulting in $9 latte that’s inedible. I requested it to be fixed and the girl at the front just looked at me like I was a moron for saying it didn’t taste like any vanilla was added. Then she said another lady “complained” about the same issue with the vanilla syrup, so they’re continuing to charge extra for watered down vanilla and a milk substitute that was supposedly oatmilk but tastes like half and half. No longer patronizing this place. Update**- they definitely gave me dairy when I paid extra for oatmilk, bc I’m lactose intolerant. Management should do better bc that’s insane.
